Oh thanks so much for the info on cats, I knew you would be better informed than Google Not for sure if I'll try the cats purring for Bella, there was only one other stray that she liked, and I was feeding it but it disappeared after a week or so
Every other cat she fights with, at least it keeps me from becoming the crazy cat lady

I feel Nila has brought me inspiration, getting me going again, getting me off my hiney and doing more. Sometimes out of necessity for her happiness, but still, the result was the same.
I even got going to get my garden done last year while I'd basically gotten discouraged and given up. But with grass about 80cms high there was no way I could let her go outside. I couldn't even walk through it myself anymore.
I got sad when I opened the curtains in the morning and saw the jungle that I'd worked so hard on to make pretty.
Because of her I did get it sussed and now I have a garden again that I thoroughly enjoy, even though many of the nice spots I created have gone. But I also have inspiration to restore a few things :)

Overall she just seems to have infused me with a zest for life and joy I'd lost that after my horrible dizzy spell in 2019. (recovering from that took close to 2 years!)
Even my now 13 year old darling Bailey has become playful again?! Okay, his brother Bramble got more of a grumpy git than he already was, haha, but I'm really happy my baby Nila entered my life!

Happy to hear you and Bella have bonded so wonderfully and that you enjoy her company!
Oh, and nothing wrong with being a crazy cat lady, hihi.

Working on my mini-stream in the garden. Had planned to add two larger stones to the edging so it'd be finished off. But now I've added them and I'm still a few stones short? How the hell that is possible is beyond me.

Taking more things to the charity shop/thrift store and had been playing with the feral kittens.

Spending a few hours trying to find a receipt, not finding it, then phoning to get it from the shop, and phoning Philips.
My electric toothbrush stopped working and still in warrantee time, but I needed the receipt.
Now all done, had to speak to 3 different non-Dutch customer people that don't understand Dutch properly nor speak it well. I spelled things and they still get it wrong, don't understand what you say etc. REALLY annoying.
I wished they'd employ Dutch people for such things.
The one girl said the Dutch equivalent of "speak to you soon" when hanging up??? Tw@t!
