Are you incarcerated?
|
|
|
|
ok...
How is it that a con has access to internet for personal use? What happened to 3 squares, a cot and an hour for exercise? What would encourage a con to not commit crime if they fundamentally get the same privileges (or even more) as someone on the outside? |

Who did your tattoos? And does a teardrop mean one murder?

is it weird that I have a thing for convicts? Obviously not murderers and rapists, but I find convicts sexy. Maybe because I make the assumption that they have "bad boy" personalities

Maybe because I make the assumption that they have "bad boy" personalities I don't and never will. Most are dodgy as hell and I would never trust a word they say, let alone get in a relationship with one. |

I don't and never will. Most are dodgy as hell and I would never trust a word they say, let alone get in a relationship with one. I dont think that being in certain situations should define who you are as a person. People serve jail time for crimes they didnt commit, people serve jail time and come out different, and so many other reasons. But I respect your opinion 100% |

Who did your tattoos? And does a teardrop mean one murder? I've heard that the teardrop tattoo means the person killed or participated in a killing, but even the tattoo itself could be a lie, in order to get a false, but (to them) necessary reputation on the street or in prison. |

People serve jail time for crimes they didnt commit, people serve jail time and come out different, and so many other reasons. But I respect your opinion 100% And many are in there because they did commit a serious crime, and won't ever clean up their act. There's a very high level of violent & gun related crimes and murders. We hardly have that over here (weapons aren't allowed here either so we don't have that chit so much.) It is made very difficult in the US even for people who do come out differently -or were innocent- to make a good new life for themselves. They have curfew, aren't allowed to work at XYZ, most don't want to employ them, and so on. Everyone can track them online so they never have any peace. Being released is not a 2nd chance at all. It's a life-sentence of misery. That's why even the good ones that do want to have a real new life without crime often don't make it and end up going back to crime. The US has the most people in prison worldwide. Over 2 million. Many of the more serious criminals simply continue doing their 'work' from within jail. Personally I'd never want to be in touch with one, and thankfully we don't have that many here either. Over 50% of people in our prisons are non-Dutch. So if we hadn't allowed so many refugees in... Anyhow, Dutch or no, not for me. |

I'm not really interested in how some stranger deals with their poor life choices which lead them to a place they do not want to be.
If someone I'm personally associated with is paying for their poor choices in life, that subject is not open for public debate or opinionated conversation in a public forum. |

Bowren (Richard Jaekel) in "The Dirty Dozen" (1967). |
