get a motorcycle put gas in it and go somewhere, you'll be trying to stay alive instead of thinking to get some and if u drive far enough when u get to the hotel u will be too tired...

You can only get rid of it by doing it as much as you can. After 1-2 month you will get bored and these thoughts automatically disappear.
