Feeling happy that I managed to get my nativity set off the attic.
Feeling not so happy that my head is throwing a serious wobbler because of that. Reaching up above my head is NOT a good thing for me. I think I'm looking kinda like this -->

Proud and pained lol I had a referral from my heart doctor to get into an exercise is medicine program at our health park. I met Wednesday for my health assessment and friday was my first workout. I didn't think I was gonna survive the first five minutes but I actually ended up surviving an hour and 20 minutes. Today was family day so I took my kids and we used the heated pool which was great because my entire body hurts after yesterday!
