Like taking the day off, but I can't and wouldn't, I'm the store opener and the patrons are counting on me to be there so they can get their coffee.

Other than that I feel great.

I’m copying you! Though my carpal tunnel is in both wrists and tendinitis follows. Right side hurts more. I’m right handed.

No more rearranging anything til June!

Must be a ladies thing - rearranging stuff. My mother did it, my step mother does it. That's why us guys are good with a hammer and nails. We nail stuff down so it can't be moved. laugh

Storm... I have carpal tunnel in both wrists as well... And mine is the same as yours the worst one is my right wrist, arm and shoulder.. And yeppiers I'm right handed as well.. I have to sleep with a brace on my right wrist which I must say does help a lot.. I take Etodolac 500mg for the tendinitis plus tramadol for the really bad days.. I only take the tramadol when it is at it's worst.. My right arm aches constantly it seems anymore.. Plus it don't help that I have 4 herniated disk in my neck due to a car wreck.slaphead

TxGal, have you tried deep tissue massages? (Even just for the wrist and arms?) It helped me a lot and then the massage therapist moved 2 hours away. The butthead. *laughing*

I messed up my arms, shoulders and pulled my back out while working at a logistics warehouse and loading vans at the end of the shift. LOVED walking at a quick clip (quota) for 6 hours. Helped me stay in shape and expelled a lot of fire energy. But damn what a cost to my body.

Blah blah blah...

I’m currently looking for another massage therapist and also want to try acupuncture before I admit I need pain meds. I’m stubborn that way.

OT: I’m hungry.

So far all is good I just make sure I take the meds and put Sub-zero on my shoulder it is like icy hot before I go..

Storm I actually have the massage oil that many use and use it with heating pad .. it does help... I only do the pain meds on really bad days the other meds help keep the swelling down..

Not pleasant, and the problem with pain is that it keeps you focused on it, which in turn enhances the problem which keeps your focus on it, and so on. That way it becomes very difficult to do or think about something else.
I'm currently listening a lot to Dr. Joe Dispenza and beginning to work with his stuff. I've done a lot of work from Abraham Hicks for years, but Joe explains certain thing clearer and gives hands on tips on what you can do.
It basically all comes down to the placebo effect, that we are perfectly able to heal our bodies. Like when you are given a placebo, your body produces the chemicals itself that are normally in the meds. If you can consciously create that you don't need the meds, plus you can heal.
THere's cancer stage 4 patients who've gone in complete remission via his courses (about 1 week), MS patients who walk and dance, don't need their wheelchairs anymore. People who've been blind or deaf from birth that can resp. see and hear again.

That has me thinking, if these people can do that then hell I can heal my neck & brain trauma! No more vertigo, tinnitus and so on that now ruin my life.
My neck & brain healed for the most part after my whiplash (car accident). Now I'm becoming more and more adamant I can heal from the 2nd accident too. I didn't come here to live this way.
I'm going to do his morning & evening meditation, follow the other tips he gives, add some of my other energy work / meditations, and see where that gets me.
Of late my atlas keeps getting stuck. When I was doing the morning meditation it kind of clicked/snapped (not sure of the right word, hihi), moved into another position and my left ear opened up, the tinnitus levels dropped. So things were shifting.
It came back full force later on. That's okay, I'm not giving up.

When you find the cause of an ailment and you work on that it heals. (The energetic cause, based on thoughts, convictions, and beliefs, not an accident.)

Anywho, I hope you get some relief real soon!!

PS I don't know if you eat pork, but if you quit eating pork you can also get improvement. Pork negatively affects/creates problems with joints, connective tissues, muscles etc. etc.

I had carpal tunnel in my right hand, very severe. I had the operation to open up whatever they open up. From that day on, it was gone. The best thing I ever did....It used to wake me up so many times per night.
The recovery time is hell, but so worth it. I do not even have a scar now.

Trial and error of new things can be helpful. Trying new things is generally a good thing. If there is a shade of doubt that it might be harmful, don’t. Rather, listen to your instinct and only try harmless things.
