Panic attacks; How to stop them before they cascade
1) Breath deeply and amply. Prevents stress hormones from being released into body. 2) Think about what is possible and probable; get in touch with safe surroundings where there is no danger. 3) observe different objects in the surroundings, and number them to keep track of them as you find them. The observation and analysis (keeping track) works both halves of the brain, so that one can focus completely on a new topic without 1/2 of the brain still thinking about something else. This deliberate focus and letting go prevents tunnel vision thinking which is blind to the big picture. |

Anxiety does not mean thereβs anything wrong with you. But it does mean there may be a source of the problem. Getting enough magnesium is helpful.

Still great! I recorded a meditation in the afternoon for my YouTube channel. I'd managed to hold back the pick a reading on the same subject I did last night so I could publish them simultaneously.
That's done now! Feels SO good to do meditations!! Really makes me feel 'me', doing my thing ![]() |
