Good! I do enjoy this bit of summer, even though it's a tad warmer than I'd prefer. But sunshine, wearing shorts... Great!

Tired. It was very warm last night and difficult to sleep. Even more difficult with my cat being so restless and noisy, crashing about. It was sweaty enough for me, so I can only imagine what it was like to be wearing a fur coat

It was sweaty enough for me, so I can only imagine what it was like to be wearing a fur coat Maybe that has more to do with the cat wanting to go out than being warm. Cats are active during the night. Mine are out all day long during summer, even when it's close to 40C, and they're mostly black. During the night they want to be out as well. I cannot even keep them indoors. Only during winter are they mostly indoors, close to the radiators, and sleeping loads.
