Happy & content. It's been a good day. Can't remember exactly what I've done, hihi, too sleepy, other than that it was a good day :)
Considering my head & balance is still not back to normal, I'm happy with what I've done today.

Well I was dreading working 11 hours outside while there's a heat advisory...
But then Crystal reminded me of today being the Summer Solstice and all the energies coming in so now I'm looking forward to it and will focus on the energy rather than the other stuff. Thanks Crystal

Thanks Crystal You're very welcome! Allow the light / energies to come into your Navel chakra esp if you think of it. Very important to shift to higher vibrations. Has to do with creation & manifestation of your dreams & visions, and relating to others. Very important chakra for ascension and esp now during Summer Solstice.
