The Founders believed a legislature elected by the people was the most important branch of government and would ensure future presidents would not be above the law.

Conspiracy theorists are always good for a laugh, at least for me over here in the UK. But I do feel really sorry for you poor Americans, what with all the disease, PAIN, lack of guns and even worse. And of course it's all the fault of your previous President. I think it's the incredibly rude language used that makes it very difficult for me to take any notice of such rants, even if any of it were in the remotest bit likely. A bit like the JWs who go up into the mountains every few years totally convinced that the second coming is about to happen.
