It was wonderful! I found yoghurt & dill dressing the other day which goes well on salad with fish. The trout was delicious! Sounds like you had a good meal as well! |

Drumsticks marinaded for 12 hours in my own marinade. Olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, juice of one lemon, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.
I'll make a salad as well. |

My girlfriend is coming to spend the weekend tomorrow.
Friday: Homemade Pizza w/pepperoni, ham, black olives, mushrooms, red pepper, xtra cheese and tomato slices. Traditional crust not that bread stuff. Saturday: Charcoal grilled Rib Eyes (thick cut). Baked potatoes w/sour cream and chives with sauteed onions and mushrooms. Summer Blend veggies with cheese sauce. Waffles w/ice cream and fruit spread/whipped cream for dessert. Sunday: Bacon encrusted maple/brown sugar pork roast. Sarah Lee dinner rolls, homemade mashed potatoes, pork gravy, baked white cream corn. Dessert is cherry cream pie w/chocolate syrup and whipped cream. |
