Garlic and herb pearled couscous with seared Ahi tuna. Ricotta cheese and lemon zest pasta. Steamed broccoli.

Well I'ma trying to get back on track with cutting carbs and more protein, so had grilled steak with fried mushrooms. When I cut back on carbs and eat more protein, chicken , steak sometimes fish, I find I have more energy for working out/ running...oh and I cut out sugar also and dairy like ,boohoo! Chocolate milk

The plan is egg noodles with stir-fry greens, chicken chunks, with ketjap (Indonesian soy sauce). Provided I do go get the egg noodles.

Either ravioli and salad or pork and salad. Whichever is cooler to make. It is pretty hot today!

Had steak tonight so tomorrow I think I will go for pork. Don't wanna have steak or chicken too many times in a row or I will get tired of it.

The plan is chicken satay and satay sauce, both home-made by me, found a great recipe.
Only bummer is, I'm low on soy sauce and I need quite a lot :/ Supermarket round the corner but yeah... queue outside of about 20 ppl only for a bottle of soy sauce... Decisions decisions |

I did it and it was gorgeous! Chicken satay, satay sauce, bit of rice, stir-fried greens. Yum!!
