Filet mignon, slow cooked with sweet peppers, scalloped onions, garlic and a touch of butter, with spinach, corn and white rice and baked potatoes!! Mmmm yummy :)

The last year especially, I was spoiled with meals prepared at the job site... breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. |
