Broccoli in cheese sauce mix, minced meat (beef), tomatoes and 1 onion, all in cooking cream. Delicious! And plenty for tomorrow and 1 portion for the freezer :)

I have about a half a bag of meatballs left. I picked up some cream of bacon soup at Dollar General. Gunna make some type of meatball/egg noodle/cream of bacon thing. I've used this soup with cubed boneless pork chops over boiled potatoes and it was awesome. I have two more cans left so I will be trying to come up with a dish involving the soup and Italian sausage. Maybe with some fettuccine or linguini? That's if I can resist just eating it as a bowl of soup.
