Odd Thomas with Anton Yelchin, based on a Dean Koontz novel.
Not only can he see dead people but also other-worldy entities, the Bodaki. These creatures feed on death and terror and are drawn to it. Normally, one or two might show up every few years but now, the town of Pico Mundi is swarming with hundreds if not thousands of them.

Good film and quite tense. Shows what a good actor Yelchin was before his untimely death.
