Now we meet V's professional mouthpiece and slice of the pie designer, Mr. Mac Nehoray.

Mr. Nehoray reports that V was never involved with Mr. S in a romantic relationship, so therefore she isn't his mistress. It's nothing like it's been portrayed because she's not the type of person everyone says.

V admits recording Mr. S at her home last year. And doesn't know who's been reaping the rewards for disclosing the conversations.

V is reported to be a very hardworking woman.

She actually was able to support herself on waitress wages while volunteering to help crime victims, before signing on to be Mr. Sterling's archivist.

V also managed Mr. S's charities and very much enjoyed that job so much that she misses it now.

Rochelle, honey... for being a loyal, long suffering wife that stands by her man even when the chips are down, I say show this young lover of money and stardom who says she's never worked with rich people before how us old timers play.

Okay now... if I had the opportunity to play in this league, what would I do in a situation like this? What would I do to put the Plaintiff on the Defense?

Well... theoretically speaking... we assume that women of Ms. Maria V's caliber tend to leave a bad taste in men's mouths. And the odor it leaves behind makes it more difficult for them to taste any other kind of real flavor in life...

So maybe if we clean up the streets a little we can pave the way for new and true blood to mingle. Okay, maybe that's overstating it...

But... the first thing I'd do is follow the money...

I'd investigate all of Ms. Perez-Stiviano's posse, friends, family, business associates, etc., to see if anyone she loves, works, or plays with has had an undocumented raise in their standard of living during the previous years V had unlimited access and control over any of the Sterling's holdings, via his consent.

Just out of idle curiosity of course. And to make sure the Sterling's have all their T's crossed and....

After all, whose money was V distributing by way of her philanthropic tendencies on a previous waitress's salary?

Her's or the Sterling'S?



And I'm pretty sure that Mac trusts his client's honor and integrity implicitly, so he won't have a problem with everybody's closets being opened in a case of this magnitude, in which the whole world is watching.

Right?

Second... I'd investigate every inch of Maria V's life.

From the schools she went too, the kind of student she was, what her grown up aspirations were, where she was raised, how many jobs and men she's had already, you know, to substantiate her clean cut rags to riches portfolio.

And of course I'd like to know these details just in case she wants to make a movie or write a tell all about her experiences in the land of the wealthy and famous.

After all, the whole world knows how she likes to tell their secrets while taking credit for being such a positive influence in their lives so she can make a fast buck.

Oh wait a minute... What I meant to say was... how she likes to help the oppressed and victims of crimes.

Besides, staying ahead of her game is the only way to make sure she's just keepin' it real, baby.



Third... Now that she's publicly admitted having such influence and control over an ailing elderly man that by all accounts has true feelings for her as she bragged about how much he loves her on the audio... I'd make sure all her assets are frozen until the case with Mrs. S is settled.

Something tells me V's the type to transfer everything out of her name for safe keeping.

I'm also assuming for the sake of argument that if the case between Mrs. S and V was filed in March 2014, lawyers on both sides have already taken the major steps needed to make each clients case and protect their property.

And I'm wondering when and if the public is going to have access to the lawyers play by play from that point forward so the public can keep up with what the real issues are behind the scenes that led up to Mr. S's private conversations being aired at the end of April.

Mac must have felt his case against the Sterling's was being threatened in some way, if he thought it was time to air V's leverage to get the public on her side this soon after case filing.

Most likely it's his client hammering the nails in her own coffin with her lifestyle choices. And he needed public sympathy so he's painted the worst picture he could of a race hating tyrant vs. an innocent sweet maiden needing rescuing from his equally racist and vengeful wife.

The plot is thickening...

I also can't wait to find out how long the media has been sitting on this story waiting for the right time to advertise it for more ratings.

Vanessa Maria Perez Monica Gallagos V Stiviano is already looking for book deals to make the biggest fool ever out of her half century older father figure sugar daddy that she loves so much now that she's finished training him to sit up and beg so he can look even more foolish.

But I hope that Mr. S has been evaluated by his doctors to make sure his thinking is clear and rational so he can fight the battles that lay ahead of him and not lose his pants again.

There's no end to the way people in LA (and China) are going to continue to cash in on the shameful exposure of one of our country's wealthiest men.

V. Stiviano couldn't say it any less obvious than when she explained for the hungry public the type of relationship she can have with a man and still claim it's not romantic or sexual on his part, thereby allowing her the safe positioning of claiming she's not a mistress, whore, or woman of the night. At least not where he's concerned.

And I wonder how long it's going to take before the general public who understands what she means when V tells everyone that she's Mr. S's right arm/hand "MAN" to begin exposing their own proclivities so they too can come out of the closet from where most men prefer to stay and keep their private pleasures on the down low.

Just come out with it already! And stop with all the sideways glances, smirking looks, and blatant innuendos. It is what it is. And Mr. S can't possibly be more damaged by anything else than he already is. Who knows, he might even get more fans on his side for being a man that knows what he likes and isn't a tightwad when it comes to paying for it.

Believe it or not I understand the way this man thinks. And he's using his own judgment and preferences to run his private and business affairs the way that suits him.

Anyone in a powerful position with the unlimited funding to have things their way does the exact same thing. Yet we are criticizing every move this man makes and not finding one nice thing to say about him.

Where is the love? From everyone professing such injury done I see little more than hands out waiting to take.

So much for the diversity and inclusion in which we expound on and rest our objections squarely around when defining our expectations of politically acceptable behavior.

I swear, if each and every one of us was dissected from the inside out I dare say we would find a touch of racism and prejudice in all of us. It's only human nature.

But it's in how we exact our nature's onto others that makes the difference in the way we are perceived as true haters, or simply passive aggressors.

So what if he speaks his mind honestly in the privacy of his own home, or he prefers one class of individuals that have proven to be more judicious in their conduct and demeanor over another?

It seems to be that because he has deep pockets that are available for the picking, whenever enough people get together with an agenda they can create a class action to help themselves to his earnings.

And they justify this easy money delivery by saying he hurt our feelings by having an attitude and excluding us, so he has to pay up to make us happy. After all we just want a small slice of his pie and he can afford to take the hit.

When has this man ever physically injured and damaged anyone?

If he was poor and had nothing to profit from yet still held these identical views and spoken opinions, would he be center stage? Would he be sued and asked to change his ways every time he turned around?

Or would he simply be scoffed at and ignored?

The best news I've heard so far... Ms. Maria V's future in all this whatever her player part has been will be short lived.

And hopefully the Sterlings' have enough self incriminating evidence against their silly rabbit that had to force herself to stand up for the man she just tore down will have to forfeit a major portion of the treats she tricked Mr. S into giving her access too but clearly didn't earn as his employee.

Off the books, huh? How very, very interesting. Next time V wants to take a wealthy family for a ride she better learn how to drive first.

Also glad to hear the Sterlings will make whatever legal moves they need too to ensure their property stays in the family for years to come.

It's about time Maria Perez-Stiviano is going to get her up and cometh.

And now she releases information that she's trying to adopt two young boys. A secret she's kept the whole time so she can protect them from this scandal.

How convenient, that she picks now to reveal another step in her exploitation scheme and is using needy children as a prop.

Just when she needs another sympathy vote after everyone saw what's really behind those visors she wears because she's so hurt.

Or she needs a brighter light to make her look like someone else's savior rather than the vengeful "she does it all" scorned (by Mrs.'s $) right hand man she really is.

Though I'm wondering why Roeser is taking a leave of absence at this particular moment unless he knew what V was up too all along and didn't warn anybody the team was under attack by a hopping mad rabbit.

It just seems absurd that Mrs. S's case against V didn't cause any ripples of concern within the company or NBA after it was filed in court two months ago and the silly rabbit swore to get even to Mr. Roeser.

I'm also going to be sitting on the edge of my seat to see who else takes the fall besides V. She had way too much control over Mr. $ and his business decisions (according to her she was his everything and instructed him where to put his money and his business associates were very upset over this).

Yes, this entire situation needs a good top to floor cleaning.

And IMO Mr. $ still needs an okay from his doctors so the public can see if he really understands the magnitude of what's happening to him, his team, his family, his money, his name, because of his misplaced trust in an obvious Vamp.

Something tells me that if V was making all the decisions with another insider's assistance and getting him to sign unread paperwork because he relied on her so much, he may have been kept insulated and in the dark about everything.

After all, he was still relying on V to instruct him on how to make all this go away after she aired his dirty laundry and got him banned for life.

Wasn't he aware of her threat to get even with him and his wife? And yet, what? He thought she was kidding? Or he's no longer capable of adding two plus two?

Where are his reasoning skills going?

Does Mr. $ drink alcohol, if so, how much, and could it have been clouding his judgment? Is he on medication that can keep him numb or confused?

Nothing about this whole thing smells kosher and it shouldn't be too difficult for his legal team to connect all the players, and recoup most of the loot.

I sure hope Mac has deep enough pockets to float V's legal fees if the sharks Mr. $ can afford to sniff through all the blood to find the bait sink their razor sharp teeth into his veins.

The NBA reveals plans to use morals and ethics clauses in his contract to force Mr. $ to sell the Clippers. While Mrs. $ says if her husband is forced to sell she will keep the team.

That sounds like the perfect plan to me. Mr. $ can sell his share to his wife, the team stays in the family, and everybody saves face.

I was president of the High School in East L.A. So people must have had a good feeling for me. It breaks my heart that nobody would stand up for me now, nobody! You can't force someone to sell property in America. I'm a lawyer, and that's my opinion.



It appears that Mr. $ is reliving his glory days when he was well liked and respected in his youth. However, there have been around 60 years between then and now and people change.

Obviously Mr. $ made a lot of enemies he thought were friends. It happens. And his frenemies didn't like the way he was spiraling out of control and leaving a notorious Vamp in charge of making important decisions about his business.

Showering her with expensive toys and money and free passes with the team. If in fact she wasn't embezzling from him. She was bringing dishonor to his name and his team's reputation. Still, his friends reached out and tried to warn him. But he was too dependent on his little rabbit to see the forest for the trees.

Lawyers love to argue and to win their viewpoint. There's nothing more personally satisfying than to walk away the victor. But every smart lawyer knows he's a fool if he tries to represent himself when he has no second chair. It's too easy to lose without moral support and the law of the land to stand on.

It's a hard thing to lose the respect of ones peers and be shut out as if your very life no longer has any significance.

Hopefully Mr. $ will finally relent and allow someone else to step up to the plate and speak for him. So long as it's not V Stiviano, that is.

I really wish the best for this man, because I know what it's like to stand alone and brave the battles we can unexpectedly find ourselves in while ultimately losing the wars we fight so valiantly for.

Times are changing, and so must we all. :)

An organization that understands the true meaning of alienation, oppression, forgiveness, opportunity and sponsorship. And that it's far more important to give fresh young minds the chance to grow and change the world during their upcoming generations, than it is in harboring anger and resentment over inadvertent and perceived injuries and slights done in ignorance and without malice.

I sure hope Mr. $ and the NAACP can continue to work together to help African American Youth on the western side of the United States be all they can be.

I can't believe that every single player on the Clippers team is anti-$ now that they've had time to reflect. The very men that Mr. $ helped by hiring them to play on his team.

When this story first aired the big names in basketball quickly stepped forward to denounce Mr. $ without any questioning. He was found guilty and publicly rebuked and dismissed without due process.

Is this really the way the NBA players union wants the world to see them overall? As being unappreciative of their opportunity to improve their lives as part of a team, and also being quick to judge and condemn?

With dictatorial power and the strength it can wield to subdue, break and alienate, is this the only way the NBA Players Association knows how to play?

Okay, maybe this kind of behavior is a bit eccentric and self indulgent, while being embarrassing if his players were caught in the shower or something, but is it really insulting? That another male finds other males bodies attractive and he's proud to show them off?

1) X-General Manager for the Clippers, Eglin Baylor, sued Mr. $ for age and race discrimination.
2) Elgin thought it was a slave/plantation mentality, like here's my young bucks and I'm going to show them off like they're property.
3) According to others Mr. $ sees his players as his property, like they're animals or something.
4) In the Anderson Cooper interview they talked about how important it was for V to release the tape so they could prove Mr. $'s racist attitude.
5) The players are now claiming years of racism, discrimination, and poor treatment by Mr. $. (but they didn't quit his team or transfer to another? So how bad could it have really been?)
6) They felt powerless against him and needed hard core evidence to prove this kind of stuff was happening.
7) Mr. $ always defended allegations brought against him in court and paid the complainants off. (Looks to me like he enjoys the competition and limelight and pays his way through it all)
8) Mr. $ wasn't pissed that V was hanging out with his players, he was merely trying to explain to her how to be discreet. And he only did this after his frenemies intervened and told him to talk to her. (Part of the set up?)
9) The media is slamming Mrs. $ for destroying her own name and reputation for hanging on to Mr. $? They say it's disgusting that she's stayed with him for decades, and she's racist too.
10) The media nails Mr. $ as a "bad guy."
11) The status quo establishment wants the entire $ family to take their money and run. Now calling Mrs. $ "mental" for not seeing things their way.
12) They want the $'s to shut up.
13) People believe the $'s will be unjustly enriched when/if they sell the Clippers. (But maybe the $'s think those around them want to be unjustly enriched by the $'s who fight to keep what's theirs, as they also enrich the communities around them too)

Talk about a culture gap and ignorance on all sides. But at least now it seems that the picture is becoming a little clearer.

It's the players who wanted Mr. $ out of their lives. So they figured out a way to trojan horse the issues via their close connection with V, who already has an inferiority complex and an openly obvious envy for the wealthy and powerful.

She has also admittedly bragged about how she will do it all to get whatever she wants on her rise to stardom during her 15 minutes.

Its the small fry in a big pond trying to use their numbers to take over control. But if they set this kind of precedent with one team owner they have serious grudges against, what about the rest of the big fish? Who will they target next, why, how, and at what cost?

The sharks are circling, so who's going to get eaten first?

I don't see the $'s as the only ones with racist attitudes, and they're not publicly acting badly at this particular point in time.

I respectfully disagree on this point.

It's never too late for damage and spin control. And by letting things play out instead of instantly jumping to ones defense the entire story has more of a chance to open up for the worldwide view and opinions.

At this point I would seriously recommend the $'s hire a PR firm to highlight all the good they've accomplished. And also take the media's advice and hush unless advised by their lawyers to speak publicly.

I would also strongly advise Mr. $ to stand back this time and let another more respected lawyer first chair this debate.

After all, he has already firmly inserted his own foot deeply within his mouth, and will be caught choking on it if he doesn't regroup and strategize more user friendly. IMHO.

After all, Mr. $ doesn't want to come across to the global community as being egomaniacal, does he?



On a more personal note.

Since this subject really focuses around outward appearances, and how we come across to people by the impressions we make, call me a bigot too but I like natural hair color as opposed to a dye job for older men.

I think a silver fox makes a much more sophisticated statement than a lack luster color that everybody can see isn't the real thing.

Even though that's what I thought was going on during one portion of the tape when he said they had a big problem there.... these current explanations are only going to paint him in a desperate light. So I sure hope he hires professionals to help control his need to expose more than he needs too, or that is required for a good defense.
