It's hard for me to see how some people would say no to it. But if there
hole family was slaughter like cows I bet they would change there mind.

Civilians dying in a war is unintentional. We discovered a long time ago
that bombing the civilian population doesn't work. We try to not kill
civilians for that reason. We know it just stirrup more hostility.
That's why we have those laser guided munitions to get at the military
target and avoid civilians. But nothing is perfect, not even the death
penalty. So yeah innocent people will be executed but they are far and
few.

Unfortunately we don't have the death penalty in Canada, and there are
those that definitely deserve it. However our prisoners have manicured
lawns, basketball and tennis courts, baseball diamonds and fully
equipped gyms. Our schools on the other hand have paved yards and second
rate play equipment. Go figure.

Oh Karmafury don't forget high speed Internet connections so they can
hustle people out of there money and talk to their homee's about who to
kill next.

hey shadow. read the book of Job. There are people who do forgive. But
for those people who do not understand forgiveness,
I am sure the death penalty sounds great. That is as far as the people
who have been affected by these hanus crimes. I vote for the eye for an
eye. Like a photo of a shoplifter with his hand cut off on the store
front. "shoplifters will be punished!"
Something of that sort I believe then there will be less, but there are
those people who will still be stupid enough well knowing the penalty to
act in foolish ways. and to them I say,
"You knew the cost" and for the people who you guys worry about
innocently killed on death row. You are who your friends are.
People get in trouble more often then you think just by association. The
Bible warns us not to hang around with evil doers.

Got news for you Believer0317. I work in the fiels of Commercial Loss
Prevention. You could put up that picture and it wouldn't help. We
already put up signs warning that Vandalism is a criminal act,
Shoplifters will be prosecuted, Do not open packaging etc. People can't
read, won't read or just don't care.

i agree with iam4u capital punishment is good although i would do it

theres the beauty of my public hanging plan. could have them walk
from the jail to the gallows. That would be quite the miserable walk im
sure. Actually the bible lays out a perfect legal system. it works
something like this. (short version)
in order for there to have been a crime committed, there needs to be a
victom who comes forward. It takes at least 2 witnesses to convict. Now
under OUR law, a witness can be a photograph, a fingerprint, DNA , ECT.
Anyway, When the accused is convicted. the victom says what the
punishment will be up to the max. in the case of a capuitol crime, the
victom can either have the criminal killed or can take an offer from the
condemned, but not both. Mabe the victom would be happy ith the
condemned persons land and money. mabe not. The key here is that the
victom has the choice. There is a finantial reason for the victom to
consider other options. First the victom would state thier demand. the
condemned has a chance to counter offer, then the victom decides what
they want. This makes the victom the condemneds new best friend in
thier eyes. any questions on biblical law can be directed to me at any

when it comes to the death penalty i'm hard line.
When the crime is committed and it's considered for the death penatly,
the accused has no rights for an appeal (this violates our constitution
but so does murder). The accused is then tried for the crime. Once
convicted the accused has 48 hours to get his affairs in order and on
the 49 hour the accused is excuted. taking this hard line would reduced
the violent crime in America and reduce the prison population as well.
In Colorado prisoners on death row will live and extra 10 years before
they are excuted. I cost $43.00 a day to house a person on death row.
Colorado has to on death row what is 43.00x365x10= $156950.00 and
Colorado has 2 that equals $313,900.00 in taxes payers money over 10
years. Ask yourself how many are on death row in your state.
