.....and this has NOTHING to do with money, power, social position, etc., or any of the "usual" inferences when someone passes by quickly in a hallway and emptily asks, "How ya doin?"

I know sometime you have to toot your own horn but my greatest achievement was raising two decent kids, a boy and a girl, into responsible adults.

My greatest achievement is my child.

Two hardworking, compassionate sons who love and respect me. Great friends who have my back and I have their's. A good work ethic which has earned me respect among my co-workers. A positive attitude that allows me to learn from the past but believe that the future will be bright. Above all I have achieved a peace in my life and the knowledge that I am happy with who I am.

Financial security (I mention this because it took a lifetime of hard work and diligence), good health (this also took many years of hard work and diligence), a successful and happy daughter (this was easy because she is an exceptional kid ), a grandson who loves and respects his granny (he better! ), the love of a good man ( )...

What Have You Achieved? .....and this has NOTHING to do with money, power, social position, etc., or any of the "usual" inferences when someone passes by quickly in a hallway and emptily asks, "How ya doin?" Hhhmm, I've acheived... enlightenment, I guess. I have learned many things in all my experiences, and have picked up a jewel or two along the way. |

.....and this has NOTHING to do with money, power, social position, etc., or any of the "usual" inferences when someone passes by quickly in a hallway and emptily asks, "How ya doin?" From the perspective of a true Anarchist, I don't believe power to be useful, except in self-defence. I recognize money as a scam designed to steal wealth, and as for social position, I've chosen a considerably more humble lifestyle than I have in decades. In the process, however, I have designed something for the community that I live in that will enable anyone interested in self-sufficiency and actively working to create systems to remove us from the current economic paradigm, and most recently, the mayor has added me as a friend. Also, this is my first official father's day. Have I said how much I love being a daddy? http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.250447701641144.66809.100000277474789&type=3 |

My expectations that I hold myself too make my achievements look really miniscule and I'm not proud of what I have achieved though most say I've achieved a ton I have not yet achieved what I want too!

I've traveled to the lower 48 states,
I opened and ran my own business without borrowing a dime from anyone, I've played guitar on stage with musicians I respect and they respected me, I've made love to over 100 beautiful women, I've raised a son I'm very proud of, I built my own motorcycle and rode it for 30 years, I was on local TV, That's all I can come up with off the top of my head. |

Piece of mind...only took 50 years.
Is no small achievement. |

As Paul S., my literary teacher, zen master, and only friend and ego-twin put it,
"My parents now think I'd be lucky to amount to nothing." |

I have learned how to paint portraits.
I designed three 80 card Tarot decks. I know how to do astral travel. I can do a tarot card reading that amazes even me. I know how to attract wealth when I need it. (and no, I don't have a printing press.) I have learned: Life is precious. Live simple. I'm feeling good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJA69C6SlRk |
