I am very much a private person but sometimes you just have to let it out. What do you do when you experience this pain? I can feel alone in a crowd of people. I don't take feelings such as sadness and loneliness serious, unless there happens to be a good reason to feel such. I have severe depression, so it's a little different with me than it may be for others. Why do people have depression? Chemical problem in the brain, for what is called endogenous (non-situational) depression.

yeah, its sad when you are alone. For me i try to be with friends if we all have the time, but sometimes its impossible because of our schedule, so when it happens, I make myself at home, doing chores and before I sleep I watch TV series, those that I can learn good things and best quotes (LOL)

You learn to treasure your alone time. Use it, to get chit done. Work on yourself, if anything needs doing. Be ready, when 'she' comes along. The lonely times make you appreciate the together times. View it as a good thing maybe? ...hmmm also if your a guy try to hold off on jacking off soo much....and if your a woman make your arrangements when your really horny.....yes also ....dont eat beans.....bad idea ..very bad idea,you don't wana be going at it especially doggy style and rip a loud smelly fart....do you ..no and your paint could curdle up on your walls ...not good! Leave that crap in the toilet. i guess thats all i can think of for preparation 4 now other than ladies look like you wana claw his back and break out whips...guys dont be stuffing toilet paper in front of your under where to make it look big if your not ...your sweetie is going to find out and well ...it just looks weird and ...what the hell where ya thinking anyway toilet paper is to wipe with ...if you have to go to the bathroom that much save the **** for another day

Generally, retired military types don't have that problem. Helps to be hung. It's universal, if you donate a kidney, many good things will happen afterwards. Not sure if that applies to you. I hear Katy Perry's vlogs will cure momentary bouts with loneliness. Of course, you can go to any costume shop and buy a Russell Brand wig and beard (sunglasses not included) and snake his material from Youtube. Instant winner!! Whatever you do please don't play repeatedly anything from Judas Priest because you will hear voices...

lose myself in books, music, and movies ALONE. i feel so self-contained :) Not advisable... I was feeling lonesome in 2010 and wound up at Borders and five libraries, alternatively, ended up reading 800 books, not including every magazine on the shelves for 10 months.
