standing alone in the rain, wirh nothing for shelter except my pain. the icy water chills my bones and lets me know im all alone. a foggy haze of fear and grief, come to offer no relief. my broken heart has turned to mush then misery gives the final push. i fall into the dark abyss in defiance i blow a goodbye kiss... everyone has a breaking point..i see neither as a coward just people that needed the right words at the right moment A PICTURE says a thousand words:

Again, I agree. I wish people would try to understand what a person is going through, so to speak walk a mile in their shoes. An example is I would be a damn fool to give opinions on marriage when I have never been married. So if one is happy with their life; who are they to tell those who are unhappy that life is good? They don't have a clue what that person is going through or why the thought of suicide has entered their life. I blame this kind of thinking on society brainwashing us to think a certain way rather than thinking outside the box.

its the lack of compassion from a desensatized humanity that allows judgement of those who find themselves in despair and hoplessness... only way to combat it is to offer kindness whenever possible..

The problem there lies in we think of ourselves first before offering kidness to others. The proof of that is the greed that we see at Christmas time. It truly puts me off on Christmas as people are so busy spending thousands of dollars on others of the hope of getting something in return that we forgot those less fortunate and even more so forget basic manners of being kind to one another.

I walked into the Doylestown (in ritz Bucks County) library and was greeted by some guy wiping his backside, because he didn't close the stall door. Does this happen to other people or is it just me, always seeing stuff like this?

i don't think it even has to be this 'deep.' not everyone has a purpose in life. i'll never forget my sixth grade history teacher telling us how insignificant we are. most won't make any change in this world. i'm not saying that because we won't make a change life isn't worth living, but if our lives don't matter why would our deaths? i'm such a little ray of sunshine. haha. I'm not sure there needs to be a purpose. All of life is made up of energy. Positive or Negative energy is still moving through you and back out into the atmosphere. Just a simple thought or a spoken word creates energy. Insignificant....I beg to differ with your history teacher. Everything plays on everything else even tho we don't see an outcome.

I'm not sure there needs to be a purpose. All of life is made up of energy. Positive or Negative energy is still moving through you and back out into the atmosphere. It truly puts me off on Christmas as people are so busy spending thousands of dollars on others of the hope of getting something in return that we forgot those less fortunate and even more so forget basic manners of being kind to one another. NOT EVERYONE thinks about them self,,before others,,as well as gifts are not bought for anything to return,,but for the gift received by that person,,so they know,,someone cared about THEM.... At least in my mind..No one will ever make me think about Christmas differently,,it IS,,simply a time for the WORLD,,to really care about another,,if not in helping them,,then in simply showing them,,YOU CARE..I live everyday, like this,,even IF,,I had a bad day.. And I'm NOT saying I'm special,,just REAL,with who I am... I try to pass that on as often asI get that chance to do..

IT has come down to MONEY for all the companies making and or selling ANYTHING,,,but,,even with ALL THAT,,YOU have to agree,,that on a cold December night,,as the snow falls and your watching that alone looking out your window,,,YOUR thinking about someone ELSE,,and NOT because your horny,,lol,,but someone who your worried might not be having a nice Christmas,,,The Spirit of Christmas,,lives and flows through us all,,IF we care to Embrace it? Thats my take on this time and that feeling...BUT,,many who have MONEY in their hearts,,MISS this so SPECIAL GIFT!!!
