well, from the title you might have an idea of where i am heading to..let me just elaborate a little..i think i'm speaking for most girls when i say we rather be called beautiful,smart, cute, pretty...(the list is endless) than SEXY! especially if you are just meeting the person for the first time.. why because, calling most girls sexy might mean to us that all your interests are sexual (which might or might not be so). so the next time you meet a girl, try calling her something nice other than sexy..

I'd rather be called smart, cute, opinionated, stubborn or sassy ... anything but sexy from people I don't know and who don't know me.
If I am dating someone 'sexy' is just fine

thats one I never agreed with I think it sets us up to accept domestic abuse....if u hit me, IM hitting you back,,,lol besides, I know it would get my attention just as well if they walked up and gave me a kiss on the cheek I might not welcome it , but at least they didnt HIT me,,,

But what if a guy calls you beautiful, smart, AND sexy?
Is that overkill? What if he is being honest? How will you tell? Sometimes I think compliments depend on timing and how well you know each other. Personally, I'm not good at handling compliments from strangers or acquaintances. It makes me uncomfortable as I doubt their motives. It's one of those flaws I've been trying to work on over the years. |
