Now you are telling me to stop sharing MY beliefs?? Or stop preaching?

(If all we are doing is sharing our beliefs why do you want me to shut up?)

I fully admit that I preach the truth.

I'm not trying to fool you into thinking I am just 'sharing' my beliefs.

I'm not trying to brainwash you to 'not believing.' I am trying to de-program you so you can see THE TRUTH.

(That's preaching, and that's being honest about it.)

Being a Christian involves no doctrine in exacts. You could be informed of Christ verbally and taught all about him verbally without ever reading any doctrine and accept Jesus into your heart

Cowboy...you said that all the babies was on Noah's Ark....this prove that you are being taught a false gospel...it you actually had Jesus iin your heart you would pick up the bible and learn instead of getting your information from Satan websites

Yes lol, and since you feel like running around like a broken record I will as well. I realize I said this, and I'm again sorry for my ignorance of thought and saying something without truly thinking about what was being said. lol, why you trying to beat a dead horse?

all I'm suggesting is if you are going to preach the bible you should at least try reading if first instead of making up fake stories

Still beating the dead horse. I learned that of which you speak. I know better now. I apologized for my ignorant statement.

I was once ignorant about that, I'm no longer. So please, move on man. Quit beating this poor dead horse.

if you haven't read the bible then you are still ignorant as to what it contains but yet you are in here trying to preach it....

I've make a deal with you ....you stop posting crap to me that's not in the bible then that dead horse will stop getting resurrected ...

I have read the bible, and again I made one little mistake. This is my last response to this subject as it is pointless.

jeez..it was hard getting you to admit that you read the bible ..when you were trying to suggest that you had no need to do so, but after that Noah's Ark story...perhpas the bible you must have read was the codex gigas or the devil's bible

Never said I had no need to do so. You're really out in left field today Funches, what in the world are you talking about?

Yes I am a Christian in the exact root of the word. I wish to be Christ like, I wish to be like Jesus. As Jesus was right in the way he behaved I wish to as well. Jesus is the model of my life. I know I would never ever reach the level of his greatness. But why not try? Why not try to treat the world with unconditional love? Since that is what he has told us to do anyways, why not? I'm not a Christian cause I chose to take that title in that exact sense. I'm a Christian because I choose to try to do my best for our lord Jesus Christ. I follow what Jesus says before I follow what man has to say.

Cowboy...thanks for explaining your religion ..when earlier you tried to claim that you didn't follow a religion

the Ten Commandments and the teaching of Jesus are that which forms The Christian Religion

But I do not follow exactly the "religion". I follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. I belong to Jesus, not "Christianity".

Cowboy...name those teachings of Jesus that you actually follow everyday

I follow all of them. Yes I stumble from time to time and make mistakes occasionally, I'm not perfect. But all in all I try my best to follow every one of them.

no..I asked you to name the ones that you personally follow everyday ...

lol, you're really really funny today funches. There is no contradiction or anything that doesn't make sense there.

1. I said someone doesn't HAVE to use any doctrine.
2. Never said I don't read the bible, just isn't a "have" to.

A Christian is one that follows Jesus' laws to the best of their ability. They could have gained this knowledge from word of mouth or out of the bible directly. But the doctrine itself is not important on a first hand basis. All our knowledge is given to us through doctrine in the long run.

Give me one example of the knowledge you possess that isn't possibly in or through any doctrine.

A brainwashed person ALWAYS denies that he has been brainwashed. He(or she) always believes they made their own choices.

And they did actually.

But they were convinced to because they were given (fed) false ideas and information.

Indeed, I think the true sign of this comes when any argument against what they believe the truth is, is automatically rejected in deference to what they have been told. It doesn't matter if it makes sense or not, they just dismiss it. They're not thinking for themselves as much as letting the religion or authority group think for them.

Yes that is a good sign.

When they reject anything that contradicts their programming.

They don't really look at anything else. They don't consider anything else. They don't imagine in their wildest dreams that they could possibly be wrong.

That is total brainwashing.

I have kidded with Cowboy and others about what is truth.

Nobody has the truth. They only think they do.

I know that most everything we see and hear and read in this world is a lie.

It is all mostly a bit of truth mixed with tons of lies.

But that does not matter. What matters is that people are real and they are free if they realize it.

Be free.

BE TRUE TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS.

Temper? Nothing was yelled, there was no caps, there was no exclamation marks. And how do you know I don't follow all the teachings of Jesus? You do not personally know me. You know of me, but you do not know me lol. But thanks for showing everyone you make assumptive conclusions on judging someone's person. Cause from what I said, it neither concludes I do or don't follow all of Jesus' teachings. And again, it is none of your business, that is between Jesus and I.

How could I possibly be brainwashed? I willingly chose to follow Jesus' teachings best to my ability, yeah yeah I know, I just think I did it willingly cause I was brainwashed. But how could I possibly have been brainwashed? Heck my parents could be total atheists, I could have no mingling with outside people of religious beliefs. Heck, I could live out in the middle of no where on a mountain with absolutely no contact with other people except for special occasions as groceries being brought to me.

Tell me, how could I have possibly been brainwashed into believing in our lord Jesus Christ?

Are you telling me that your parents are atheists? If you are not telling me that, then why would you imply or suggest that?

I don't think your parents are atheists. In fact, I think they are very religious and they have had a very strong influence on you.

Not only that, they are probably involved with a very radical and independent religious group.

You were brainwashed because you have been hearing the same things over and over and over and over again since you were a child.

You are barely an adult right now at the age of 23. I don't even consider a man to have his own mind until at least the age of 30 or 35. I am 39 years older than you. You are a child to me.

You probably just recently realized there was no Santa Clause. (Just kidding. LOL)

But you really are too young to know what you are talking about. You only know what you have been told. You have no real world experience.

Well you're bout to blown out of the water lol. My parents aren't atheist, that is true. But they are not "religious". They believe in God, yes. But they are not religious, they don't go to church, they don't talk about God except casual conversation, ect. So, no you were way off on your analysis. Shouldn't be so quick to judge.

What I know of God, and my scripture knowledge has come from personal seeking of it. Personal study, asking people questions, searching through the internet, ect.

My relationship with God is totally a personal choice lol. Just a little more information of the family I come from to make sure you don't still think I may have been brain washed by someone else. Now this isn't ment as to demean them or make them less of a person or anything. Just some facts. Two of my brothers just got out of prison from the age of 17ish/18. They were tried as adults for their crime.

Again, my relation with God our father is ENTIRELY a personal choice, a use of my free will. Not influenced by external being other then Jesus himself. So you may go your own way with your biased thinking, your assumptions on others, your judgments you've made unjustifiably without knowing all the knowledge thereof.
