Oh, me, too. It has been so therapeautic for me writing poetry. After a good write especially if it just flows on its own I always feel better.

Aside from unconditionally loving "anyone"....

"The Arts" is what we as humans do best....subjective as it is, I so appreciate the effort EVEN when I don't care for the aesthetic.

Okay, I'll tell you, but you have to understand it is not easy to talk about. I worked the hurricane here, almost lost my life to cellulitis in the legs. As much as it hurt to walk, I would walk to the maternity section, to see new born babies. Why? Because that is what made sense with so much destruction around. That made me understand it is not what is in the past, but what is beginning that matters. New life is what matters, the chance to nuture and protect it while it grows. So this is my inspiration.

passion..... weather it is for my kids kids,what I beleive in.and jealousy cause I beleive all it is ... is passion so a fortunate person to feel it and channel it correctly

Injustice...inspires me the most...Helping others is where I get my reward..as long as injustice exists...I will be inspired...My children too...they inspire me the most to help make a better world for them to live in!!!!!!!!!!!

For me inspiration comes from everywhere. People, places, stories.

Other then my kids.I've always loved the elderly,there knowledge,life experiences,just everything about them.I hope when we all get older we will be treated with respect and kindness.

What Inspires me first and foremost my 2 kids have been a single mom for 16 yrs now. They have been not only my life but my world. They have both made me proud. Not that we have not had our hardships but so does everyone else. We are close and that is what makes it so great.

Ohh then the Sunshine of my world now my 4 1/2 yr old granddaughter Kaitlynn. Nothing sweetier...

Writing and reading poetry.

And actually on of the big things in my life that has inspired me in the last year. Actually have been the ones on this very site. I have witness those that once was in the shadows come out into he sunlight. Have seen mamy deal with the effects of CANCER and again at the end they ended up like RAYS OF SUNSHINE. They had hard tims but still came through like a troooper. Have see those that found love were they were beaming. Then some of those same ones loose what they thought was love but was not meant to be. Have heard of a few that passed away sad for they were way tooo young. Have heard of those that wanted to commit suicide and watched as the events unfolded as others all joined in to give support. Not only to them but to the ones with cancer, depression or just a bad day. Have seen prayer threads started for those sick or family members. While all without a thought jumped in to send there prayers. I have felt the pain and shed the tears as well as the laughter with several myself. As they slowly pulled through from the things in life that had a hold of them. Some have left and never came back then at times some will pop back in. Reading the thoughts , prayers, and poetry of otheres sharing there ups and downs and some that made me laugh so hard I have spit my drink out all over the screen. Have had several of the guys from 18-39 contact me just as friends and it amazes me how matured some of them are.

You see these are the things that have inspired me and continue to inspire me as well. Not only has this helped me to grow as a person but has made me see life in a different way. I may be lonely at times but I'm never alone. My heart my ache at times but there is always someone out there that hurts more.

I found out that I'm a very rich person you see not as in money but as of friendships of the heart. And by knowledge that others have shared and continue to. I have meet those near and far and hope to see several one day close enough to touch. But until that day. I will come in here and soak up the riches that are here to partake.
