I don't think sex is overrated. I do think it is underestimated. It is a very important part of a healthy adult relationship, yet I don't think that people put enough value into the thought of it. Example: Just lying there is'nt really participating and just going through the motions might get the job done for both physically but for those of us whose minds are actually active during sex need a little more.
Personally, the act needs to be treated like an art or I feel insulted and used. The generalization that men have created for themselves that a woman can just let us do what we want and we'll be happy and go to sleep really messes things up sometimes. I need so much more than sex and just the act of it does not satisfy me. |

I don't know about that Tex. When my mom's daschund is breeding, we have to force feed our male because he will starve himself following her around. Poor guy loses 2Lbs everytime she goes in heat.

Sex is totally UNDERRATED! Just sayin... it should be more of a priority than some people make it. I believe it is absolutely essential to have plenty of sexual activity in order to keep a relationship strong. I agree completely.. I dont see how you can have a completely open and honest relationship if you dont totally enjoy each other. As if you dont one of you is going to hAVE TO PRETEND THAT IT WAS GREAT AND THEN YOU ARE NOT OPEN OR HONEST. If you dont want to be in each others arms most of the time, i dont see any reason to be together, And how frustrating for both of you if one is ready and the other isnt interested. Its about sharing your body your thoughts, experimenting laughing, learning about each other and just having fun togather its like you have been given a candy box that is always full and can be filled with different chocky's whenever you want.. Oh and it never makes you fat. so you can eat as much as you like and try them all to see which are best.. YUM So i definately do not think it is overrated, it is not the thing that you build your life around, but it should be a huge part of it. Especially in a serious relationship, if the sex or making love isnt there, then I would figure there was a problem, if I love someone i want them as close as i can possibly have them as often as I can, I dont want them out playing cards or something. I want them with me.

sex is very very important but not nesaserrly the most important thing but its great. i have tried my hardest to make relationships which are sex based work but they dont i find. this is why i like to know the person as well as possable befor i jump in the sack with them.

ok, lets speak virgin wise. All my friends told me that when they lost their virginity 2 the guys they thot loved them, ended up dumping my friends and they were hurt 4 a while, feeling stupid....I guess after a couple times you have sex, you end up having an "idc" attitude....this doesn't apply 2 married couples, but um if more girls give themselves up, then how would sex be special? just like currency, the 100 dollar bill currency is limited because if it was thousands more 100 dollar bills than currently circulated, it would lose its value and become like a penny, basically useless, because everyone would have it...so, if a girl didn't want 2 have sex because she feels, "why have sex now because on our honey moon (if we get married) sex would lose its value because he already knows what it is like 2 have sex with her, and might just move on to the next girl....relationships are not just based on sex anyway but, if all girls put out then what really is the point of marriage? most guys tell me they like a challenge and just use the girls that would "put out" after like 2 weeks, and I heard my bros friend say that the girls that do that have a low self esteem problem or whatever so they try to keep the guy by giving him whatever he wants but that doesn't work, so the marrying type are the ones that treat themselves as a prize and let the guy chase them......wait! im totally off topic (-_-) lol oh well

i spoke to this old cat once who told me that the doctor had prescribed him viagra and a penis pump. he said nature has it all wrong. when men get old they should loose their balls and keep their teeth. at my age i can get a woman pregnant, but i can't enjoy eating an apple. sex seems like it is almost a taboo subject. not many adults talk freely about it (unless you want to get labeled a pervert) and parents have a tough time talking to their kids about it. i know my dad never taught me how to lick a women to orgasm. religion has been a big part of how people view sex in general, but it seems that with every passing generation, the "taboo" subject of sex is becoming more acceptable as a subject of general conversation Mon, to be a fly on THAT wall.. Sex, I would give it a 10 :-) |
