Yes. He loves you. Well, he loves the friendship you have, the sex you guys have. He loves that and I am sure he cares for you. But I think he said this because he doesn't want to see you with someone else. He "thinks" he loves you. But I don't feel he does.

Hunny it sounds like he already knows you're the one he wants ... all you gotta do is let it happen. Instead of just friends with benefits treat him like you would if he was already your man
