I've been called "hun" and "honey" by people of both sexes
and they have been different ages. I've been served by waiters and watresses my kids' ages 19-24 and they have called me "hun"

I don't take offense - I hear "mam' sometimes too...It's just an expression and it beats "hey you!"laugh

In some parts of Britain peole say " thank you love " and ....love...love all the time even when they never saw you before .


True funny I see those from Britain, Scotland ect that say that and actually I love it that they say that for some reason I can even image the accent along with what they are saying... would love to talk to those that live there okay got to see if they are on my phone area cause the ones I would love to talk to is either papersmile, Dan, Jess, or pink_lady only to hear their accents..............
