I was looking at your pics.
it looks like the bike is in the house

I don't know about phone taps.

Oh. Yeah. That was after my first crash. That's in my parents' garage while I was repairing it. The second crash reduced the bike to no more than a pile of scrap metal, and I mean a pile...not even recognizable as a motorcycle.

Well I hope the taps are inadmissable. I don't think I really proved any guilt in my conversations, but might have slipped up and gave them some leads to go on.

ok, im going to sound like a TOTAL b!tch here, but....good luck on beating the charges???? you did something illegal, you got caught. no pity here. if i add anymore to this post, i'll be getting a lot of hate mail. oh well.

Something isnt necessarily wrong just because the law says so.

Would you also have had no pity for a homosexual going to prison for buggery when it was illegal?

I'll be full of pity if he goes to jail for it.

and the overgeneralizing starts....is "buggery" illegal?

It used to be. At least in my country. My point is, you should make up your own mind on whether something is morally wrong or not, rather than following what the law says.

i do make up my own mind on moral issues....but i also dont break the law b/c i dont want to end up in a situation like our OP. im not going to break the law b/c i dont agree with it. a defense like that will never hold up in court. lol that is why i dont get high or keep illegal firearms in my home. its all about choices. hopefully after this situation pans out, he will stay out of trouble with the law.

Im not talking about the courts, im talking about feeling for the guy if he goes to prison for smoking a joint. To have no pity must mean you think it would be justified. If you think its justified, you need to educate yourself and get with the real world.

Yeah, I mean giving them leads through other mutual associates.

*edit* Oh yeah, forgot to mention my firearms are not illegal. I have reciepts for them all from dealers who have done background checks before selling them to me. I am not a convicted felon or convicted of any violent crimes...ever.

It was an example to show you that the law is not always correct or justified. Nothing was overgeneralised, so i dont know why you felt the need to say it twice.

for smoking a joint? what about the firearms and the little bag of unidentified substance? if it was just one little joint, it prob wouldnt be jail time....more than likely probation. apparently you need to educate yourself, or at least read entire posts. i have no prob with ppl who partake in weed, but it is illegal. agree with the law or not, doesnt matter. if you get caught, you get arrested. thats why i dont do it.

But yeah thats true, i keep forgetting about the other stuff.

Still, if you have read all his posts, you should beable to tell he isnt a criminal, in the proper sense of things. Assuming of course everything said is true and there isnt anything else being omitted.

Well, I just heard back from my dad about the situation. I have been disowned. Can't say I blame him though.

So there goes any chance of any help paying for a lawyer, not that I was really expecting any in the first place.

So does anybody know about a defense lawyer working out a payment plan?

Mate...you 'pop' over briefly to visit a known dealer friend...did you drop off his milk and bread? huh I suspect not.

You have your pot just out there for all to see on the table...how much, by weight was it?

Oh that's right, your scales got seized...hmmmm....?huh Weighing your bread and milk perhaps? huh

Your firearms were seized.....why do you need protection, and from whom? A couple of debtors perhaps? huh

and then a mysterious unmentionable amount of unknown substance was also seized....

and you wonder if you can get off the charges on an illegal entry?

LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good luck with that!
