Illegal alien question/joke of the day.

Has Obama's aunt Zeituni Onyango (known illegal alien and whose been living off the US taxpayer in Boston) been incarcerated or deported yet?

What's your take on illegals?

Food for thought here.

Many, many people are unemployed right now. Many child support payments aren't going to be able to be paid. This hurts everybody. The child support providers in these cases aren't criminals. I do wonder how it will all play out.

and we get the man power from where??? the police are doing all they can to get those with warrants/dui's etc

the border patrol is different

so let's try again shall we?

it's not the border patrol doing these checkpoints its maricopa sherriffs officers . they have the man power to do this . makes alot of since huh ? no matter which way you cut it it is wrong . most of these people being checked are american citizens . who shouldnt be ran just because they are hispanic . and whether it is the only way or not wrong is wrong and it should not be allowed .

when the wave of canadians comes through AZ...then there is an issue. right now...AZ borders mexico. so they have to handle the main source first

i tried finding anything about the warrant being after the deadline...i couldn't find anything. just that the reasons for the warrant are in dispute

the story came out on fox 10 news in phoenix , a week after the warrant . the timing of the service of the warrant is a reason for the dispute .

if it weren't for my family i would have been put in jail because of not being able to pay child support. in fact, i just found out that here in florida they will be bypassing the suspension of licenses and just throwing the person in jail reguardless of whether they have a job or not.

since we insist on going back to this subject...

did your brother go to the courts and tell them he was laid off BEFORE he was arrested??? most courts I know of would rather defer the payments than lock someone up. the person can't get a job to pay support when locked up.

So...I've asked this to my ex when he lost his job once. Are you taking any job that you can to help your child - even McDonald's is an option?

most people jailed for child support are several years in arrears. If you're a couple months behind they don't put you in jail.

You can't blame being a few years behind on the economy

Same here. If I didn't pay mine, the system would call me a criminal.
Mine is from way back. I am still paying on kids who are now 36 and 33.

As far as Obama's Illegal Aunt, she needs deporting but, what DHS Rep would want the job of shackling and hauling her away?

yep, what you aren't realizing is that i'm not the only one in this position. there are thousands of us in my area. not enough jobs even at mcdonalds. five guys burgers in the next town over got 200 applicants in one day just to flip burgers.

number one i didnt take us off topic this time i respondid to willing who wanted to bring it back up by caling my brother a criminal . number two my brother is 4 months behind . because he lives in maricopa county it is a zero tollerance . and is at discretion of the judge .
