My question to you miles is what does ((qanna)) mean in the English language? What does this hebrew word translate to? Qanna cannot be directly translated into English, jealous is as close as you can get. It means "to bear no rival". The word means that God won't accept that he has any rivals for his followers affections. It would be something like the righteous anger that a husband would feel if he caught his wife sleeping with another. And here is yet another example of god's "infinite love and mercy." Honestly Im grateful God gave me self-will. Self-will not to debate about him but to worship him. Self-will in knowing I have a choice today to go and argue about my beliefs or to go out and practice my belief.
