I have not demonstrated any anger or bitterness. Good morning, Krimsa - it's your favorite "crybaby" wagering in again.  No anger or bitterness, huh? Accusing others of "emotionally-based" responses, huh? Let's recap some of your numerous explatives to me and others, shall we?  1. Whiney 2. Immature 3. Ludicrious 4. Ignorant 5. Judgmental 6. Shameful 7. Dishonorable 8. Disrespectful 9. Told to "be a man" 10. Told to "get over it" regarding a lost child simply because I have 3 of my own now. As always stated, I am PRO CHOICE...in *most* cases. However, I am dubbed all the above simply because I wanted the child that me and my loved one created? I never once disrespected her and certainly did not dishonor her. Simply because I did not agree with her choice does not mean I did either of those. I supported her fully - emotionally, financially and spiritually through the whole process. Lastly, your only retort to my question pages ago regarding the man's *choice* who does NOT want the child, yet the woman *chooses* to have the baby...he is FORCED (yes, FORCED via government and the court system) to financially support this child was: "If you don't want to pay child support, don't have sex".  Yet, again, IMHO - this is a man's *right to choose* being stripped from him. A *choice* that is made for him and will affect him for the remainder of his life - financially, emotionally, spiritually and yes, often times, physically. Would you be willing to support a bill that states if a woman *chooses* to have a child against the man's *choice* - she therefore is fully responsible for the child - alone? Not certain I would, as I don't necessarily agree with it either. Know why? Because I believe it should be a SHARED responsibility personally. I'll check back later for your wisdom-filled and non-emotional response. For now, I need to get to work as I have 3 children to support.

I can't imagine that the 513,000 in foster care could even equate to the following.
WORLDWIDE Number of abortions per year: Approximately 42 Million Number of abortions per day: Approximately 3,700 Why women have abortions 1% of all abortions occur because of rape or incest; 6% of abortions occur because of potential health problems regarding either the mother or child, and 93% of all abortions occur for social reasons (i.e. the child is unwanted or inconvenient). Did you note that 93% because the child is unwanted or INCONVENIENT. At what gestational ages are abortions performed: 52% of all abortions occur before the 9th week of pregnancy, 25% happen between the 9th & 10th week, 12% happen between the 11th and 12th week, 6% happen between the 13th & 15th week, 4% happen between the 16th & 20th week, and 1% of all abortions (16,450/yr.) happen after the 20th week of pregnancy. This is why this is a big deal to me....victim of rape got pregnant had an abortion....reason then was only because it was a crime that was so violent and I could not imagine looking at that baby every day and not being able to think about the violence. Do I regret the decision now.....You bet your sweet bippy I do. I was young and I was not given the options to do anything else. I work with a pregnancy clinic called Avenue....This women do get options...They get to see a 3-d picture of the baby that you call not a life..... Babies are life at conception. I have actually walked out of church services when it was dealing with abortion...my thought then.....How can this man tell me...he has never walked in my shoes...he has no clue. But then working with Avenues and girls that are going through this....I do see....I can tell you right now....if I was raped again...I would have a completely different decision on what would happen to this lil life. Again I think anyone that spreads their legs and is old enough for sex, by golly better be old enough to deal with the consequences of spreading their legs. And I agree totally that an abortion doesn't make you unpregnant it makes you the mother of a dead baby... |

One method of destroying a concept is by diluting its meaning. Observe that by ascribing rights to the unborn, i.e., the nonliving, the anti-abortionists obliterate the rights of the living  ((( E ))) We've started with abortion. No rights for the unborn. We've moved to no rights for the infirmed, the physically challenged and the aged. What's next? It's called SANCTITY of Human Life. We need to do what we can to preserve it .. not destroy it. And excuse me .. no one said anything about UNWANTED. When a mother sees her own child moving in her womb and hears the heartbeat .. unwanted is usually the last word they use. I just wonder what experience YOU have .. I love the way the 'left' throws crap at the 'right' all the while yelling 'intolerance' in the name of humanity. I'm done here. Feral, what about failure of birth control? What about in the case of rape and incest? Yes of course actions have consequences but the elimination of choice is not the answer. Then you are only compounding the problem by forcing these women to carry an unwanted baby to term. Then once the infant is born and as the stats indicate, may not be adopted, then what? |

But i think it's so ironic that those who insist on tolerance are the exact same ones who are intolerant of any opinions not theirs. Especially the left of the right.
