I give up, my friend said that no matter what I say on here, you two will have some smart ass remark to demean me, so, I'm going to let you guys believe in what you want to believe, whatever. I dont care any more. You guys think you know it all, but all your doing is proving to everyone that you dont. Now, why dont you reply and tell me how I'm wrong? ta ta

  You're wrong!

Get real, nothing was said against your person, not once did I nor will I insult you yet you proceed to misinterpret what I clearly stated. Its perfectly ok to agree to disagree.

I definitely dont know it all, I can admit to that, dont need my friends to tell me.

Have a wonderful weekend, wait would you like to call a friend

"Wow. This isn't about what the media said or didn't say. This event happened in December of 1996. It's documented. That's when she was mayor of the town."

1996 huh? So, let me guess the timeline of when they found this to be 'un-ture', it wasnt until she ran for VP. LOL. There's a word for the two of you, and if I use it, this comment will probably be reported, so I'm not. (And its not a cuss word)

I'd be happy to give you the timeline of what happened and when, but you don't want to hear it. You're taking everything so personal that you feel like I'm attacking YOU, which I'm not. I don't like Palin either.

McCain mob. This one lady in it was Psycho. She was determined that the person holding the camera was going to listen to her and only her. She hated anyone different and wanted to express herself. LOL. Here it is:

Hell yeah, she's a psycho... McCain did a good job correcting her though... She gave many a good chuckle, so i guess it's all good...

Obama's supporters have their own problems in my opinion. Most of them haven't done their homework, they just follow their party loyalty down the self fulfilling prophetic road... Kinda like cult memebers. There are a very few that make an educated decision to vote for him. Just as many if not more make the educated decision not to vote at all...

To sum it up, they are both in it for the same cause. They are both fighting for the same policies... They are both corrupt...

DMN - would you think more of a person that chose not to vote at all or one that voted their conscience? Or another that voted their party (regardless of info/data/facts) curious.

I would think more of a person who made an educated decision regardless... Even if it was simply to not vote. I have family voting for McCain based who know more about politics than i do. I know people who are voting Obama too. They usually realize that they are voting for an evil person, they just believe its a lesser evil. I discourage that, but at the same time i can't really blame them.

I would think less of a person who voted on the bases of being biased. Whether that be republican, democrat, or third party. Peopleshould read the facts (and/or voting records) and listen to the policies of who they are electing. When you make an educated decision i can't hold it against you. Anyone who does so has the ability to stop me in my tracks by showing me information that i can't despute. Unfortunately, most don't use logic. Most don't even realize the policies of their candidate. they just hear speeches and see the mud being slung back and forth by mass media... (Corporate Owned mass media..)

For instance... They argue that deregulation brought the cause of our current economic downfall. They completely ignore the fact that it was destined to fall the day the Federal Reserve was voted into being (in 1913 by just 3 votes). People can't afford as much as they used to because of inflation. Inflation is a tax on everyone, rich and poor, making your dollar worth less. It is the reason behind the high gas prices, it is the reason our medical expenses are so high. Our dollar is worth only 4 cents in comparison to what it was worth in 1913. Kinda scary huh? Historically the printing of unsound money has caused the economic collapse of many nations. People ignore that. They just use the "free market" as a scape goat.

Maybe the economy isn't important to some. Maybe they are voting the "lesser evil" based on information on certain things that do matter. But what i am preaching, is that if energy costs, health care and the economy are a priority than these two candidates are not a wise decision. I would say the same about foreign policy too. If you want to discontinue the spending of hundreds of billions of dollars building up foreign nations, and if you are tired of war, and come to the realization that the costs are just too high for our country to afford, than you might want to reconsider someone who will support a policy like that.

I'm voting because I once read somewhere that older people dont vote because they believe that the younger generation will, and the younger people wont vote because they believe the older generation will. If that's true, then there arent as many voters as I thought there were. Maybe one does make a difference. And by the way, I am voting for Obama and I know why, but to talk about why would take up more than 4 paragraphs and lets be honest, who reads anything higher than 3? (in this site at least) And the whole lesser than two evils theory, I agree with it. If you dont have a choice, go for the lesser. Think of it like this; if Charles Manson and Dahmer were your two only choices of death, which would you pick? Well, I have two choices, tortured, or tortured and raped, hmm. Charles Manson please. LOL.

10 Things you probably didnt know about McCain: and 10 reasons why you shouldnt vote for him:

1. John McCain voted against establishing a national holiday in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Now he says his position has "evolved," yet he's continued to oppose key civil rights laws.

2. According to Bloomberg News, McCain is more hawkish than Bush on Iraq, Russia and China. Conservative columnist Pat Buchanan says McCain "will make Cheney look like Gandhi.
"

3. His reputation is built on his opposition to torture, but McCain voted against a bill to ban waterboarding, and then applauded President Bush for vetoing that ban.

4. McCain opposes a woman's right to choose. He said, "I do not support Roe versus Wade. It should be overturned.
"

5. The Children's Defense Fund rated McCain as the worst senator in Congress for children. He voted against the children's health care bill last year, then defended Bush's veto of the bill.

6. He's one of the richest people in a Senate filled with millionaires. The Associated Press reports he and his wife own at least eight homes! Yet McCain says the solution to the housing crisis is for people facing foreclosure to get a "second job" and skip their vacations.

7. Many of McCain's fellow Republican senators say he's too reckless to be commander in chief. One Republican senator said: "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine. He's erratic. He's hotheaded. He loses his temper and he worries me.
"

8. McCain talks a lot about taking on special interests, but his campaign manager and top advisers are actually lobbyists. The government watchdog group Public Citizen says McCain has 59 lobbyists raising money for his campaign, more than any of the other presidential candidates.

9. McCain has sought closer ties to the extreme religious right in recent years. The pastor McCain calls his "spiritual guide," Rod Parsley, believes America's founding mission is to destroy Islam, which he calls a "false religion." McCain sought the political support of right-wing preacher John Hagee, who believes Hurricane Katrina was God's punishment for gay rights and called the Catholic Church "the Antichrist" and a "false cult.
"

10. He positions himself as pro-environment, but he scored a 0—yes, zero—from the League of Conservation Voters last year

You know, when talking about policies we can give reasons not to vote Obama as well:

For starters, his foreign policy of intervention is more aggressive than Bush's. (This meaning nobody is coming home from war.)

He pushes for socialization (Meaning healthcare and Wall street, which Bush appearently agrees with)

He fails to address REAL problems

He doesn't take much of a stance on anything, remaining as neutral as possible.

The list does go on.

On a more positive note though his not taking a strong stance shows that he can be manipulated by his followers. This could be possible as long as people don't try to turn to him for leadership. If people pressure him to do the right thing he just may.

Another positive thing is that he hasn't been known for taking much action to support his "beliefs" from what i've heard. Supposedly he promised everyone in Illinois tax breaks and hasnt voted for any yet... This is promising because almost all his "plans for america" will be very hazardous to us...
