In other words, RV is like seeing an object around a corner via the use of a mirror, whereas OBE is like actually going around the corner
But still NOBODY has EVER in a controlled environment been able to successfully say what was around the corner.. THAT is the proof that both are not possible. So many people claim to have this skill, but nobody has ever been able to show that they can do it. Yes they have. I have a good friend who went to a seminar especially for this specific purpose. It was to test (and maybe learn) how to do this. The man who gave the seminar (not surprisingly) was a CIA agent (claimed to be X-CIA, but there is no such thing as X-CIA) who was masquerading as a minister of some kind of church in Colorado Springs. My friend was the only person in the group who could actually see around the corner and she described exactly what he was looking at. For some reason, he seemed perturbed by her abilities. I told her she should stay far away from any CIA agents. They are just NOT TO BE TRUSTED for the most part. JB Does she not realise then that she could earn MILLIONS with this skill? Your story is not proof, it is a story. Yes I told her that she could become famous and earn millions with her skills but she does not want that kind of life. You have to sacrifice your privacy and your entire life. Not everyone wants fame and money you know. Some people actually think that is important. Its not that important to some people if the cost is privacy and your life.. She can acquire anything she wants in her life. She constantly gets job offers from complete strangers because they sense her powers. She avoids that kind of life. As for it not being "proof," It was certainly proof enough for him, and for her and for all the people present. (It was also all filmed on video.) You can choose to not believe if you wish, we all make our own choices in that area. And nobody cares about what you choose to believe nor will people like that waste one minute of their time attempting to prove things to skeptics like you. JB |

I have to laugh when people tell me that if a person had that kind of psychic ability or power that they could make millions.
Do you realize what they would have to deal with on a daily basis? Skeptics who constantly want to test them. Who would want to spend their life under that kind of microscope? You would have to be crazy. Do you really think that money is the most important thing in the world? Is that where your mind is? Material things? When a person becomes spiritually aware, material things become less important. Sure its nice to have money, but you do pay a price for it. JB |

Ok, I can see that my statement could be interpreted that way, and I'm sorry if I used terminology that misled you. So if I may, I'd like to rephrase my question. Do you believe that all instances documented by the Princeton University Anomalies Research team to be "hogwash"? |

No i fully believe that they carried out 650 trials.

It is my belief that the spiritual integrity necessary to reliably achieve OBE/RV inherently excludes a materialistic desire to "win a million dollars". |

Out of body?....
The external observer, instead of the internal observer??? Often.... Moreso as I am getting older... and less materialistic, and 'me' orientated. The less I remain attached to the frame that houses me in this illusionary journey the more often I return to what feels 'real'. Oh, and ps... you gotta love funches and his way of looking at things... ![]() |

it's called reality Who's? ![]() well "Jess" you just claimed that you were on an illusionary journey ..so I may not be referring to your reality |

It is my belief that the spiritual integrity necessary to reliably achieve OBE/RV inherently excludes a materialistic desire to "win a million dollars". In other words, the concentration directed toward the materialistic goal conflicts with the concentration directed towards the spiritual goal. "You can't have your cake and eat it too." |

I'll write my answer on a piece of paper and place it on my window, and you can have one of your OOBE's and read it. That doesn't answer my question. You said you "read that hogwash". I'm simply trying to find out exactly what you read that you consider to be "hogwash". |
