Ignorance is proposing a law with no way to deal with the ramifications of that law.
I am not pro killing. If it was my decision to make it would be keep the child EVERY time that would not jeopardizes the life of my partner. But as soon as you want to make decisions for other people YOU MUST deal with the ramifications of that decision as if it WAS YOURS. Otherwise you are just dictating your ideals on others which is tyranny. |

Just because some people do terrible things doesn't mean that murdering babies should be legal. Are you listening to yourself? Should I kill all of my kids because they might be molested by a priest or a teacher? It might happen, maybe I should kill them. The court decided it was legal, even though there were no laws pertaining to Abortion. So it's not "legal" in the sense that people voted to make it legal, it's legal in the sense that the Supreme Court's lack of morality was forced onto the people of the USA. And since I believe (and nobody here has tried to refute) that a fetus is a human being, abortion is murder. Pure and simple. Your position is that murdering helpless babies should be legal. Mine is that murdering helpless babies should be illegal. Which side is more reasonable? |

A bunch of cells does not make a human. What makes a human . . . well what makes anything what it is? All of the parts that comprise it that are required for it to continue to function and be defined as what it is. Without all of them working in unison you do not have the whole. A engine is not a car. A car door is not a car. My hair is not a human. My leg is not a human. So you say a child at conception is a human . . . how the hell is that? Is there a brain at conception? Is there a central nervous system at conception? Is there eyes at conception? Do you even know anything about this subject? |
