The term "Neocon" I have heard, literally means: "New Conservative." To me it means a team player who probably supports Zionism, or at least goes along with the program. I could be wrong. JB It is a philosophy begun by Jewish thinkers. You can tie it very closely to Israel, which has many social welfare programs that make it much more socialist of a country in nature, yet it has an ardent strong military, pre-emptive defense positions.

NeoCon- Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rummey, and anyone who thinks this Administration has done a good job!! If Rice were male, I'd say we have a new cast of Marx brothers! We could substitute her. There are a long line of candidates to chose from. How about Tenet??? Paul Wolfowitz??
