ignorance is what causes gun mishaps

to hide the fact a gun is dangerous is asking for a mishap to happen

best thing a parent can do is educate their child of the uses
of a gun along with the dangers

Vote for a Republican and we will keep our guns to protect our homes and our safety. Vote for a Democrat no one will have guns except criminals. What do you think will happen then??? Do you think that the criminals are going to turn in their guns??? You liberals can't think your way out of a bathroom.

so I would never be invited to dinner with you and jist?

Absolutely you would! I'd rather like that. My son would just not be there, or the weapon would stay in the locked car.

they are illegal in australia, england, canada, new york, and dc, yet somehow they crime with guns went up when they were banned there lillith huh huh

That I understand, people want what they cannot have. That is human nature. This is a multifaceted issue and involves common sense, education, and attitude in general.

I have a child.... no way is he going over a friend's house if there is a gun in it. Locked or not.

so are you saying a cops house isnt safe either with their gun there? ... if your son had a friends dad that was a cop he couldnt go over even though it was locked?

No, only a fool leaves a loaded gun in the car. I carry mine on me, let them try to steal it from that place ;)

Nope... I did not say that. If you read my prior post I said it was a multifaceted issue that involved education, attitude, and common sense. Sadly... many people don't believe the same.

I never said who I believe should have guns. And the situation was never clearly defined as a law enforcement residence.

Yes. It was. It still is. Your quoting me has not changed that.

I still mean it.

As far as kids go, they all need to be educated on gun safety. One of the biggest problems with young kids and guns is lack of education. Their parents shelter them to much and they don't teach them that guns are VERY dangerous. So they just don't know any better.
