Has any other president in history, had more instances of invoking Executive privelege or National Security to keep their deeds in the dark, than the current one?
Ummm.. Yup! You think it is bad now? Go take a look at what was done in our past.

It isn't all that hard to research.

I'm not debating that there have been some bad things in our history, but we should be using that to learn from our mistakes, not using it to justify more evil.

Jist, all of that would be valid if Saddam had struck us in the first place. We knew all about Saddam for a long long time before 9/11. Bin laden strikes us and suddenly out of the blue Saddam becomes "a threat to us". It was bull from get, used to get the people to support a personal agenda.noway huh
All that is pretty subjective. Best of luck trying to find any court in the land who will hear that case, let alone prove it.

Common sense huh?
How bout.. If you don't like the rules we have.. You work on changing them. Rather then trying to fix what has happened by hanging one man from a tree?

Most everything that has happened thus far.. Has been discussed and ratified by both Houses!

That is our reality. That is common sense!

Having war crime trials after the fact...and hoping it will fix our situation without making some base changes in how we are governed? That sounds like it is a faster path to where you do not want to go.

Remember "The buck stops here."? In the end the big boss has the final say.

Very simplistically put...
In a Dictatorship.. Yes.. In a Democracy or Republic? No... It doesn't work that way.

Yes... it is simple. Simple is the best way to keep it too.
Look at the Constitution. A simple plan to build a country, a democracy & a republic. Quite a few rules written on ONE piece of paper. Might as well throw in the Bill Of Rights too. Now we have two pieces of paper on which to build & govern.
Now take a look at a law that is passed nowadays. 120 pgs, 200 pgs... sure isn't one. If it's over ONE PARAGRAPH, it's too long.
If you can't make simple work... you're hiding something

We have also had a Homeland Security for decades. It's called the FBI. Why do we need another one? What a waste of tax dollars.

Sorry, I was under the interpretation that common sense... ah screw it, Hillary Clinton is a shape shifting reptiallian alien who feeds on human flesh and gains supernatural power from aborbing the energy from all the evil and negative in the world.

There I said it.

where can i join the lawsuit?
is that a class action?
let me know if they need an extra signature.

****************************************************************
Get an attorney whose expertise is in class action law suits. You cannot simply 'add' your signature, and you had better be able to prove damages to your personal being.

But, before that, someone has to file a complaint and again, the complaint must prove damages to the personal being.

Oh, and the Judge who handles class action cases must approve the case to be in compliance with the Rules of Court for such cases.

And, expect it to take several years, that is IF you can get an attorney to take the case.laugh laugh

we can disagree with the pres, even express dislike for him but when someone threatens him they have went too far. we will see what happens. If i were you i would be very honest and polite with the blue suiters with the gun shaped bulges. .. they dont tend to have much of a sense of humor about such things.

This is what I was referring to as common sense. Too many times I hear people use past abuses to make excuses for the lies of Bush!

No one has invoked executive privledge as much as Bush. He is in a league af his own, and will go down in history as the worst President we have ever had, to date.
There may be worse in our future though, unless all politicians realize we, Americans, will not tolerate this kind of abuse of power!

Ah, a prime indicator of where we are as a country. When someone on a message board threatens to use federal law enforcement against someone else, over words. Have a nice day Brown shirt.
