guess ya went to da dump taday huh Mo
well.. anudder day coming to a close.. bye bye Tuesday.. August is inchin along forward.. YAY.. I FINALLY got that dang 2x6x16 down, fixed it, and reinstalled it.. with the help from a friend
thank GAWD he was clearing his field.. he has land kitty corner to mine and was out there tending it today, stopped, popped by to 'chat' then I asked him for 10 mins.. went smoothly and in less than 10 mins.. so YAY.. I can put those rafters up now.. everything's set for tomorrow IF I can move.. darndest thing.. slipped off the ladder minutes after he left so was out of commission for pretty much the rest of the day.. didn't break anything but man.. I'm sure it'll leave a mark that'll teach me to walk on wet grass then climb an aluminum ladder
anywho.. hope everyone had a good day and is enjoying the evenin..

good Tuesday mornin to ya peeps'n lurkers
the rain has stopped.. finally.. and we're looking at a sunny day taday AND tamarra.. YAY.. so.. doing the edge trimming taday and mowin the lawn tamarra, givin it a chance ta dry out a tad first 
high today of 82F but'll feel like 90F so I best get movin on that trimmin.. hope y'all have a super day

it's finally cooling down out there.. we're at 70F now and man does the cool breeze feel good.. still raining but.. I'll take it if it means cooler temps.. anywho.. gotta finish the dishes and kitchen clean up then shower'n bed.. hope everyone had a good day and is enjoying the evening

I actually designed and built a special ramp to elevate my ride on mower so I could fix one of the blades.. mind you.. I couldn't make the nut budge but it's been flooded now with WD40 a few times so I'm hoping my next attempt will get that blade OFF.. it's been raining since tho so haven't been able to try again YET.. guess that's what I get for building it OUTside instead of INside the shed where the mowers stored.. oh well.. I also measured all the distances where the rafters are going on the 2x6x18.. ready to install after the rain stops.. and once I get that 2x6x16 repositioned I'll be able to install all the rafters.. seems the idea I had didn't work..  oh well.. back to housework I go..

good Monday mornin peeps'n lurkers
a new week AND a new month.. whoa.. zippity doo da huh.. anywho.. *Zee sings* it's rainin it's pourin the old man is snorin.. yup.. it's a rainy Monday here folks.. current temps are 73F (feels like 84F) with 96% humidity.. ugh.. hot'n muggy..
anywho.. house won't clean itself.. although that WOULD be nice now wouldn't it

watched The Rapture S01 but not sure if this is mini-series or an ongoing one.. it did kind of wrap up in the last episode but....

finished all 6 eps of The Crow Girl S02 that dropped a few weeks back.. meh.. as far as I'm concerned this season shud end the series..

finally on the last 4 eps of The Unit 2006 S04 so coming to an end.. I really enjoyed this series.. as previously stated it focus's on The Delta Force elite army unit and their lives/wives and family's.. good show if you like action packed and spy type military shows..

watermelon honeydew canary melon sweet cantaloupe (has to be extra ripened) strawberries royal gala apples (great with hot melted dark chocolate dip) .. my fave foods are... mashed potatoes / baked potatoes Lay's honey buttered potato chips honey garlic spare ribs (mom made these only on my b-day every year) ice cream drumbsticks(it was a special treat when I was very young) Vachon Flakie cakes (ditto to above) my homemade pizza (yummy) monkey bread  (my own recipe)

A great start to my long weekend....bright and sunny ...used the dry sauna and then into the pool for an hour ...home to Tea and scones.. Passing thru this Pub.....hoping to bump into a known suspect....no luck.....downs a few free shots of JD and I am outta here ....
