I'm down with that.. BBQ's over by the hottub.. ya won't get underfoot of my construction work.. there's always free beer... Did someone say, "free beer"? And salted peanuts, so you have an excuse to drink more free beer. not sure where ya got the salted peanuts from.. I only buy unsalted..

watched The Girl in the River 2026 with Maggie Grace, Andrew Stevens & Ralph Macchio A seasoned criminologist and a young female psychologist are lured to a remote American town to investigate the murder of a little girl and the disappearance of her twin sister as they crawl inside the killer's mind in a race against time. It was a made for TV movie so not the greatest.. however it was an interesting watch.. keeps ya guessing until the very last on who the perp actually was, and what having tunnel vision instead of an open mind can cause. IMDb gives this a 3.9, which I feel is a little low, I'd give this a 5.5

watched Just Play Dead 2026 with Samuel L. Jackson, Eva Green & Eoin Macken A criminal plans to fake his death for insurance money while framing his wife's lover. His wife plots to kill him for real and take it all. Both race to outmaneuver each other in a deadly battle of wits. IMDb gives this a 4.1.. justifiably so.. I expected so much more from Jackson.. totally disappointing movie ta watch.. the actual plot of the film is well thought out.. it's not the acting, that seemed acceptable.. but the conception just seemed off.. IMO of course..

you know why some women have small feet.....cause then they can stand closer to the stove .... I cook thru out the week....its not like I starve....But weekend, there is nothing better than a prepared brunch , especially if organized by beautiful and handy women who dont really need a man.....I like the variety of the offerings just like I appreciate the variety of women I bump into.....sometimes literally!! Here's hoping the brunch re-appears , this time with no excuses ... you were doing great until yer last sentence Zee nails up a poster at the front door SLIM BANNED ON SUNDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE..

I'll flip some burgers on that expertly covered patio if there's free LaBatts in the cooler. I'm down with that.. the pub was OPEN.. just no brunch made or served cuz I'm busy constructing the deck AND deck roof.. yeesh.. ya'd think we were back in the 50's where women were told to stay barefoot, pregnant and locked in the kitchen yet another poor baybay.. whatsa matter Slimbo can't fry up some bacon or cook an egg I'm surprised y'all haven't died of starvation by now.. and by all means sir.. inspect away.. you'll not find ANY fault with MY construction.. watched the last 2 of 6 episodes of Ludwig S02.. seems there'll be a S03.. at least I hope there will be.. it's an interesting 'who dunnit', british of course.. not surprised IMDb gives this an 8.1

watched The Sheep Detectives 2026 with Hugh Jackman & Patrick Stewart Every night a shepherd reads aloud a murder mystery, pretending his sheep can understand. When he is found dead, the sheep realize at once that it was a murder and think they know everything about how to go about solving it. Great flick, really enjoyed this one. It was a very fun film to watch. IMDb gives this a 7.4.. I give it a 9.2.. great fun!
