another scorcher out there this mornin.. phew
currently 77F (90F with the head index) PHEW is right.. 76% humidity.. weirdly tho.. it's supposed ta be a high of 79F but 88F with the humidex? that's nuts but I'll take it YEAH.. lol

gonna try doing something outside.. that grass is growing too fast so.. either trimming it or mowing it.. or waiting till sundown to do both.. hmmmm.. we'll see.. gonna put out a baby pool for the animals.. shud of thought about this 2 days ago but.. wasn't thinking I guess..

anywho.. hope everyone has a great Saturday.. stay hydrated and frosty

very much a "trainspotting" type movie but with lots of action and blood.. comical too.. I really liked this one.. fun to watch
IMDb gives this a 6.4/10 but personally I think it's an 8/10

supposed to flip in a week or so to more comfortable temps.. fingers crossed..

welcome to another FLYDAY.. YAYDAY for all those workin mon-fri

we're currently at 81F (97F with the heat index PHEW) but at least we got some wind today.. 12 mph NICE.. breezy.. going up to 88F (102F) which is actually way better than the past 2 days.. still not cool enough fer me to venture outside ta do any kind of yardwork tho.. no thank you.. last mow I cut it low enough I could wait several extra days before it absolutely needed another cut so.. I's thinkin work-smart lol

anywho.. hope everyone has a super day stay hydrated'n frosty

I got myself a lil somethin special.. a 'gift' if you will.. it's one of those neck fans that shoot cooling air all up your face/neck/head.. works awesome for what I need.. still wouldn't mind finding one of those safety vests tho..

the a/c is high enough to keep ya cool.. if ya want it higher.. you're welcome ta pay the hydro bill..

another heat filled day taday.. phew.. already 81F with the humidex at 99F and a high of 113F wud be nice if there was some wind tho.. 4km/hr is NOT enough to even be breezy lol

anywho.. not doin much again today.. not with this heat.. and cooking? ferget it lol a/c's working overtime already.. oh well.. easy day.. plus.. I don't have ta go out YAY.. too hot anyways..

my a/c managed to make it thru the day YAY.. actually.. it just stopped working (it shut itself down having finally reached the set temp.. so all good phew)

it's really quiet out here.. not much traffic.. actually hardly any.. you cud cut the heat with a knife it's so humid'n muggy.. mind you there is a slight breeze and it's sort of raining so.. it actually feels a tad cooler than earlier.. the humidex is at 99F right now so I guess it is cooler lol not by much but.. every lil bit will help..another high tomorrow of 115F..

the a/c just kicked in again.. at least it had a 5 min break

I really liked this series as well.. Timothy Olyphant really does a bang up job at portraying his role.. enjoy gf..

I enjoyed this mini series as well.. that plot twist was so unexpected tho huh.. yup.. definitely mind blowing..

by the way 115F = 44C for those that don't know how ta translate lol

not surprising the # of deaths cuz of the heat.. believe, I am very grateful for my a/c.. if not.. I'd probably be toast.. or at least camping out in the basement where it is actually much cooler.. all my doors/windows are covered and closed.. heat still penetrates tho.. phew.. think worst case.. I'd jump into a cool shower.. so yeah.. yer right gf.. we have ways ta cool off most don't..

yeah.. I know.. I'd opt for the melting igloo myself.. mind you.. melting ice is not a good thang.. raises water levels globally which can cause a whole lotta trouble the world can do without..

my A/C kicked in at 9:15am today.. that's wayyyyy too early.. and it's been going for some time still.. not looking forward to having to go out tomorrow.. supposed ta be somewhat similar.. I popped my head out the back door a bit ago and took 1 breath.. WOW.. hard ta breathe.. fingers crossed my a/c holds up today'n tomorrow and my car tomorrow.. no a/c in the car.. but I won't be gone that long thankfully..
