And the sentence "please dont contact me if your uneducated, you cant have a relationship with a person you cant hold a conversation with" could use some work. Because to demand education from another when one has poor grammar doesn't give off a positive image.

I'd write it: "Please don't contact me if you're uneducated. You can't have a relationship with a person who you can't hold a conversation with."

Give him some incentive, and make it clear cut. Obviously I don't know your man but if you send a concrete signal then he should pick up on the hint.
