It isn't easy growing up without a father, you're right there. But the most important thing that you can do is to keep your baby close, because you're all s/he's got.

If it's a boy it won't be easy (nor if it's a girl, I imagine), but the most important thing that I can say from experience is that the boy needs a male role model in his life. Denying him that does terrible things for development. I can't pretend to know what you're going through, but I know what the kid will go through and I won't pretend it will be easy.

But with enough love anything is possible.

You should put more work into your profile. When I read a profile from a girl I'm considering dating I'd like more than 2 sentences.

Sell yourself to us, tell people why they should date you. Answer some obscure questions like:
- What's your ideal career?
- If you only had $20 and had to spend a day having the most fun possible, what would you do?
- If you were a car, what kind of car would you be and why?
- If you could go anywhere in the world and do anything, what would it be?

Let people get to know you without having to ask, what you tell people can be oh so more valuable.

One would think so, but I'm a bit of a gourmand. I know what I want and I won't settle for anything less, because that wouldn't be fair to the other person either.

It reads well, but you need to strike a pose in some pictures! They all look the same! Variety is the spice of life, we all have more than one expression.

How about a real sh*t-eating grin? Or a laughing photo? Maybe you out doing something like rock climbing or biking instead of just sitting around? There's nothing wrong with a smirk but get a few other faces in there.
