You have to live the life you want. Moving in with your bf is just having someone new to take care of you...get out on your own and be responsible for yourself.

It's OK.....I lived in Florida and liked it, Arkansas and liked it, so I guess it's all attitude. "Bloom where you're planted"

The only way to pull off a Sunday afternoon "quickie" with their 8 year
old son in the apartment was to send him out on the balcony with a Popsicle and tell him to report on all the neighborhood activities.
He began his commentary as his parents put their plan into operation:
'There's a car being towed from the parking lot', he shouted.
A few moments passed ... 'An ambulance just drove by'
A few moments later,' Looks like the Anderson 's have company', he
called out. 'Matt's riding a new bike.....'
A few moments later, 'Looks like the Sanders are moving'
'Jason is on his skate board....' A few more moments, 'The Coopers are having sex!!'
Startled, his Mother and Dad shot up in bed! Dad cautiously called out,
'How do you know they are having sex?'

'Jimmy Cooper is standing on his balcony with a Popsicle too'

Talk to your daughter and believe her. Even if she is making it up, it is real to her. She may just need to say it out loud...,may be how she feels her mom thinks of her. It is hard on anyone's self esteem to be left. Possibly a therapist if you can find a reliable one. If you were closer I'd talk to her.

Sounds as if your subconscious is attempting to help you with a tough decision...just listen to your inner self.

I felt like that for a long time after my dad passed. I was mad at God, the whole 9 yards. Then I realized how much pain he was in and God, being merciful, took him to a better place with no pain.

You make friends by being one!!

Once upon a time there was a bunch of tiny frogs.... who arranged a running competition.
The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower.

A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants....

The race began....

Honestly:

No one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.
You heard statements such as:

'Oh, WAY too difficult!!'

'They will NEVER make it to the top.'

or:

'Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!'


The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one....

Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher..

The crowd continued to yell, 'It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!'

More tiny frogs got tired and gave up....

But ONE continued higher and higher and higher....

This one wouldn't give up!


At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!

THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it?

A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal?

It turned out....

That the winner was DEAF!!!!



The wisdom of this story is:

Never listen to other people's tendencies to be

negative or pessimistic...... because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you -- the ones you have in your heart!

Always think of the power words have. (There's life and death in the power of the tongue - Proverbs 18:21.)

Dry births don't really happen...the amniotic fluid flushes out and replaces itself daily.

Listen to her side of things. As you said, she is intelligent. Then as her to listen to your side, then find a compromise. Admit when you are the one that is wrong and she will feel free to do the same.

Sounds beautiful! My oldest daughter was just married in Hawaii, on the beach..it was breathtaking! Enjoy...it goes fast so lots of pics!
