Hello everyone again. Thank you so much for giving me advice. I have read all who replied and appreciate every one of you!! Cheers everyone!!

Ok here is what I did.
I had my note prepared. It just read that I would like to meet her has a friend or maybe more. I left my phone number and e-mail address on it and told her to feel free to get in contact anytime!!

I went in to the bank yesterday and luckily i was directed to her. She asked me how all was and did I have a good weekend and I did vice versa.
She told me where she lived and we chatted about other various subjects. we had a lot of eye contact.

I had to get a form filled out and she wrote my name on it. She knew my first name but I was surprised when she wrote my surname. I did not think she would of remembered that from looking at the screen with my account details. I never told her my surname!!

When my business was complete I left her the note with her name on it. She smiled and took it.
As I walked away she seemed to be heading in the direction of her personal belongings (or maybe the bin...lol) and we made eye contact once again.

All that was exactly 28 hours ago. I have heard nothing but it is early in the week and Ireland has a bank holiday weekend this coming weekend.

My only problem is that I have to go back to the bank this friday to withdraw some cash for this weekend (no atm, thats what I was in sorting out yesterday) and if I dont hear from her, I will feel a little awkward as to what to say but I will be myself and be friendly to her as always!!
I will post again if something happens but I think that if I don't hear from her in the next 6 days then I can safely say that it is time to move on!!

I remember a female friend of mine telling me about an incident with her best friend.

Her friend had her hair cut in a bob and all the guys at school were laughing at her behind back.
So my female friend told her what was going on.
Her friend accused her of being jealous and they fell out. They had been friends for 5 years previous.They never made up!!!!

If you are really concerned with your friends happiness then yes, say something but say it in the right way to her.
This may sound odd but maybe your friend is happy the way things are. Time will enventually tell but stick by your friend!!!! Do what you think is best!!! Good luck!!!!!
