An earthquake just shaked
Raked the Earth for the sake
Of nature and what not
I'm not a scientist but
It takes alot to move me
Without me moving me
And that earth shake right there
Just moved me
At a magnitude of 5.4
I jumped up off my living room floor
I opened the door to the garage
And stood still
My heart beat was enough
Now it's shaking
I have butterflies and
I don't even have to speak
In front of a large crowd
It's just me jammed up
wedged in
The door way
Wondering if
the house was going
To collapse
I ran to the backsliding glass door
Unlocking and opening it slides
I step outside
The asphalt burns my feet
I jump back into danger
Laying prone on my living room rug
I lay rolling around
Trying to put out an imaginary fire
Just to keep my mind of the Earth dancing
alone
Or maybe Saturn was more than engaged and
Earth was just nodding it's approval
I'm not sure
I'm still a little shaken from the quakin

Had this happen to us at 5:am one day. woke up with the bed shaking....really wakes you up fast
