I am just gonna assume you ain't American.
Stalking is NOT a good thing. Maybe it shows interest in matrimony where you are from ..here...Stalking usually means unhappy things like court orders, getting beat or pepper sprayed or tazered by the police...Or getting a gun pointed at you by someone's friend,brother or father. Where I am from....Stalking a person will get you hurt....and not in a happy way. Soooooo....May I ask who you are planning to stalk? Just curious....there are some pretty stalkable ladies here. |

Two words: First Amendment. Yeah... freedom of speech and expression means that even expressions we personally might dislike or disagree with are protected. Also: Agreed that a flag is a symbol. My father served in not one, but TWO branches of the military (first Army, then Navy), before, during and after the Korean War. He was always the first one to say that he did not serve to protect a flag, but to honor the people of the US... and he also always said that the moment the citizens of a nation started making a bigger deal out of symbols than of their fellow human beings, that nation was in all likelihood in BIG trouble. "Nazi Germany," he said, "was a prime example of that. Never forget what history teaches." My father had flaws, but he was wise beyond measure on things like this. Anyone who wants to argue his positions personally will have to take it up with him in the Great Beyond, but as for me, I think I will honor his memory by heeding his words. Nobody here (that I know of) is denying that Lil Wayne has freedom of speech. However, you can acknowledge his freedom of speech and at the same time criticize him for doing what he did to the American flag. true, I don't criticize him, I didn't see any willful disrespect, I saw him walk around in his mark for a video, where there was also a flag on the ground,,, We just see it from different angles. You would give him a free pass. I would beat him till he peed a little . Life goes on. |

I Never gave in to adjoining character to talent to me,, if my heart surgeon is a complete AHOLE matters not to me so long as he is an excellent surgeon same thing with entertainers, I dont care alot about their personal character when I am aknowleding their TALENT ,,,but Im on a tangent I think unfollowing is the most mature thing to do, (the whole idea of 'following' strangers seems weird to me anyhow,, r u a republican?....lol,, jk) after watching the video,, it proves people seem to search for the smallest things to justify trashing others for,,,lol (the video I saw was him shooting a MUSIC VIDEO in which the flag fell directly behind where his mark was and he proceeded in the process to step on it as he was pacing around ,,,,,,,not trample, or burn,,,,lol,,,,) yeah, THATS whats even more wrong with America than Lil Wayne,,,, the flag isn't supposed to even touch the ground.so not only did they disrespect it that way but also in the video you can see Lil Wayne looking down as he's stepping,so he knew exactly that he was stepping on the flag dude, its a music video, the flag represented something happening in the video not everyone has to idolize cloth because it is a 'flag',, that doesn't mean they are 'disrespecting' it,,,, Don't get me wrong woman. Cloth ain't a flag. Blood and peoples are this country's flag. If you really believe that this country is nothing more than that flag.... This country is you me and US. |

Truly! I wish I could adhere to it but.....I can see it coming...a co-worker who gets the occasional ride to work with me....is the most negative person I have ever met. I have been super kind to his grumpy @$$. I talk to him...say thank you.....gave him an mp 3 player loaded with over 400 songs...he tells me "thanks" Yet....he is just not a good person....and I lie every time I am nice to him.....I have dealt with a lot of people. Most of the smartest just want a friend who loves or cares for them. Some people just don't give a damned. I am pretty close to just cutting the guy off and saying...."just go away" Loving some people is a waste of time. |

Personally...I got no opinion...one way or another.
Realistically ...when I tried to watch international video from foreign press... Everyone shut down on me. (Youtube) Kind of creepy. I am a big fan of the United States .... This post got zero to do with democrat or republican. This is about freedom to know what is going on. I think that freedom is something is something we will never see again in this lifetime...or for the lifetime of our children to come. I halfway expect people to show up to tell me what my opinion will be. Good luck to all of us in the land of the free and the home of the brave. |
