Women seem to get a lot of attention on these sites from what I'm told. But if a woman views me and doesn't contact me I take it as a sign that she isn't interested and I won't contact her, even if we have everything in common. A lot of people here are looking for specific attributes, don't take it personal.

Open forums are fine, but I think if you block someone they shouldn't be able to see what you post either. Some members have a tendency to harass the people they don't like. The mods are good at removing posts, but they can't stop the initial insult that way. I'd rather not have to deal with it at all then have to complain about people harassing me constantly. 80% of my posts encourage hostile replies from specific people, if it continues I'm gonna give this up. I didn't join this site to be publicly humiliated...

It would be helpful if black women could openly signal that they'd date white men without the former being harassed by other black women for wanting to date white men. Racism works both ways, ya know. That is a good point, but if your gonna date outside your race your gonna have to deal with some racism no matter which race you are or which race you choose to date. I'm sure a black women dating a white man may think about how the people he is gonna introduce her too are gonna react. Some people don't have a filter People afraid from from neighbors opinion, from family, friends, society...not only fear to introduce another race- we have other reasons with same race as reputation, status, background. Not everyone has a gut to go against society, opinion. So it's not about the skin color but preference and fear This post is about what you think of a black women dating a white man, and visa versa. Not about dating different wage classes within the same race. So that is why I answered the way I did... |

I agree I don't see many white men with black women. Being a white guy I don't understand it either, as a race I don't think black women are any more or less physically attractive then any other race of women.

the universe is a composed of different galaxies and a galaxy is composed of celestial bodies (meteors, asteroids, planets, comets and etc) and therefore, maybe there are any living creatures other than us.. agree? Its unlikely that life would form on meteors, asteroids and comets... But most scientists agree that it is very likely there is life elsewhere in the cosmos because of the astonishing number of planets we've observed in goldilocks zones |

A man is an adult human male... I personally think a Man is a little more than an adult male of our species. Or at least that is how I was brought up. Just like any male can be a sperm donor but it takes a Man to be a dad/father. I personally believe that's because women think saying a man isn't a man when he doesn't do what they want will attack his pride and get him to do what they want or be what they want him too be. Its another form of manipulation. |

I need to ventilate, grmble. Don't get why men simply disappear from the face of the earth after you've had a really good conversation or a date even? Just disappear, not let you know why? Effing w@nkers, the lot of you! I had that happen, a friend of mine, on top of that a mail from my ex basically telling me to take care of something concerning our daughter. He never kept me informed about anything concerning the issue at hand, even though I asked him repeatedly to do so. Now he can't be @r$ed to solve the problem and he simply mails me and basically tells me to do it? FO back to Mars the lot of you! I'm p***ed off.

So you think its wrong for a beautiful women to want to be with a handsome man... but you as a "good guy" are annoyed not because there aren't any good women out there, but because none of the beautiful women are into you... Seems like you would understand where they are coming from since a women's looks are important too you.

I think men fall in love, I don't think women really fall in love they just find someone to make their life a bit easier. I think falling in love is more accurate then growing into love. It feels more like a free fall that you can't stop, but maybe t hats just me. Women can fall in love just as hard. I do think women are more likely to settle though. Lots of women aren't comfortable being alone or don't know how to feel complete without someone to care about. I guess we're coming off of different experiences. More then one women I was with stayed with me after she fell out of love with me (if she ever was) because she was comfortable with the lifestyle. That and one other reason makes me think women don't really fall in love, Einsteins theory on marriage which reads: Men marry women with the hope that they will never change, women marry men with the hope that they will change. Irretrievably they are both disappointed. When I read this it made me think, if you loved something you wouldn't want it to change, you'd want it to stay the way it was when you fell in love with it. But women want men to change, which makes me think that they don't really fall in love with who a man is, they fall in love with the idea of what they want him to be. Which isn't actually who he is, so what is it they are falling in love with? You can disagree with me all you want, but do you really want to argue with Einstein? :P |

I don't believe in marriage, but I've never trusted a women enough to sign a contract saying if we ever decided not to be together she can take my kids and half my stuff. The government meddles in my life too much as it is, I don't need it meddling in my relationship. I'm down with cohabiting though.
