I picked up a white chip from AA last weekend, an orange keychain (30 days) from NA last night, and a silver chip (30 days) from AA today. Some dude at the AA meeting gave me his blue chip (1 year) last week, but I still have a long way to go to actually claim my own. And yeah, great thread idea Totage. Congrats

i wish i could quit drinking. I'm pretty confident that if I can stay sober, just about anyone can get sober. Care to say why you can't, and hear from others who have, in the exact same situation? You're not terminally special. i know im not special, and i know its a problem, i just cant seem to kick it. guess im just weak. Congratulations, It takes courage just to admit you have a problem  Your not weak. I needed help when I quit. Don't be afraid to get the help and support you need.

sigh... there are so many messed up kiddie porn sites and scam sites and pyramid scheme people out there, and they're all flush with ill-gotten money. i can't even steal from those douchebags to pay for my college... i'm not sure i'll ever have enough now working minimum wage jobs. the world is making less sense to me every day. I'd feel better about myself paying for college honestly even if it took longer. Best wishes. |
