Topic: a question for you men | |

How do you men feel when you tell a woman you love her for the first time, and she just responds "ok, bye"?

I feel that she's only with me for some reason OTHER than me (car, money, house, bling, etc.), which will result in her gettin' dropped.

I sulk for awhile. Then I start drinking. And then I decide to never see her again. Then I decide to drunk call her at 4:00 AM and tell het how much I love her. And then I come to mingle and make a thread about how unfair life is

How do you men feel when you tell a woman you love her for the first time, and she just responds "ok, bye"? I've decided I'm not going to feel anything, anymore...at all, regardless. I simply do not care anymore. |

At first I might think it took her back a little and she didn't quite know how to react....but after a second time and it's the same response, time to move on

How do you men feel when you tell a woman you love her for the first time, and she just responds "ok, bye"? It's the most painfull thing in the world. I've gone through the anger, depression, sickness, and other evil thoughts. Only recently have I considered moving on, but it doesn't seem likely considering that it doesn't take much to send me into thoughts of hurting myself over her. I went through this one about 4 weeks ago. Very similar circumstances. You go through the whole process of explaining your feelings for her, then you are met with virtually zero response. Next thing I know I'm telling her that I can't be friends with someone who can't answer a question without using "I don't know", or "maybe". So, I still have feelings for her, but can't get ahold of her to apologize (I said some other things that might have made the situation worse) and see if issues (mine and hers) can't be worked out. At this point, I'm just sending a quick note to her once a week telling her that I miss her and that I hope she is doing well. In essence, I let my morals and values wreck the best friendship that I've ever had, when I should have spent a little more time considering why she acts the way that she does. Don't know if this made any sense, but it feels good to write. |

I would laugh my ass off if somebody did that to me, then I'd make sure I forgot her like real quick.

never has happened... You will know before hand if its a mutual feeling...if its not,,,why bother saying...I love you....

How do you men feel when you tell a woman you love her for the first time, and she just responds "ok, bye"? depends on how soon you say it, in what context, because honestly if it is at the end of a phone call and she is like 'i love you' and it is still early in the relationship than i'd probably say the same thing.... |

Sometimes i have to shoot one of her toes off..
