Hi everyone. I am new to all this so I wanted to ask. What kind of information do guys like to see in a girls profile? I really don't have a clue as to what I should write. Do I just list my interest or should I tell a story about myself? Any help would be cool....thx. Avoid stuff like: "I don't know what to write here." "Anything you want to know, you'll have to ask" (I'm not asking unless you give me something to ask about.) "I'm laid back and easy going." (This is so overused it has no meaning anymore. Why doesn't someone write, "I'm prone to violence and easily driven to murderous outbursts" -- ?? Now THAT'S interesting.) "I love my friends and family." (Really? Most of us hate ours.) "I like going out or staying in." (Helpful.) Basically, it's about content. Let your profile tell something about who you are, what you think about, what's important to you, what you want to do, where you want to go, who you're looking for. More information is better than less. (But my profile is 3209 pages long.) And have fun with it, because people will pick up on that. Good luck! ^^^all good points cept for the "more info the better" thing. i mean yes thats great but if you look at it when your done and it feels like it is too much to read... it most likely wont be read. while where on the subject, avoid things like "dont e-mail me if you havnt read my profile" or "dont ask me things i have already answered in my profile"... that last one is so silly. conversations naturally start on things the average person would put in a profile. |

Sorry but Genes sometimes do play a role in the fat department, Blamming Genes is not an excuse about complaining one is fat............ doesn't do much for sentence structure either. |

if you like being fat, be fat and be happy but do me a favor and dont blame being fat on genes or some crap. do me another favor, count how many times you have worked out this week? how about this month? year? how many healthy meals have you had this week? really if you want to be thinner there are ways to do it. playing the victim doesnt get results. just gets you depressed but again, if you like yourself the way you are then do you boo boo |

Absolutely not, you have every right to date who you want, I don't date black men and like you said we are all mature and adult enough to understand why that is. If you are not attracted to someone initially then there is never hope in the future to be attracted to them for their personality or their good nature or their sense of humor... I'm with you Dredz... Don't date "fat chics" you're doing them a favor really, maybe then they will lose weight, that's what I'm hoping for black men, they will change their skin color for me...after all I'm worth it....

If you can expect a big person to be small..why not ask a tall person to be short? Going by your line of thinking...everyone should change to meet one persons personal perspectives...if the lady want's lighter skin..it can be done...Hell, look at micheal jackson....if he/it can do it...then there is no excuse. some of you are fare to easily instigated. if any one of you looked at yourself and thought about all the reasons you wouldnt date someone and how petty and small all your reasons where.... i bet you wouldnt be on some dating site you might actually be dating. the other day i put up a forum "i cant date someone who..." funny how the same people criticizing me for my preference had a who lot of reasons they wouldnt date some one. money, sex, you name it. fact of the matter is we are either all flawed because of of our choices... or it is simply normal to not want to date some one for any number of reasons. i say i am normal. are you? |
