Don't know if it's better, but I enjoy a long walk with my dog over a treadmill. I have a high energy Border Collie, she needs exercise daily and it doesn't hurt me either.

Sundays I usually spent the entire day doing things with my soon to be ex-wife, and I still tend to get a little lonesome on Sunday afternoons.

I would leave that situation right where it's been for the last 20 years, with the sender. If this person has had these feelings for 20 years towards you and you have no idea for what, then this person obviously has bigger issues at hand. I think she's trying to ruffle your feathers, I personally would not respond which is exactly what she wants whether it's a positive or negative response.

I guessed a scammer was one of the first things that came to mind. The user name looked fishy and was pretty generic, thanks.

Funny, but interesting!

I checked my account this morning as I always do and found that someone had viewed my profile. No bigee, but when I clicked to see who it was, their account had been deactivated. Is it coincidence that they checked out after seeing my profile, or did someone I know create a fake profile just to see what I'm up to? I'm not paranoid and don't care, just curious, has this happened to anyone else?

I believe in learning from your mistakes and the losses and moving on and those mistakes and losses have made me stronger inside. I am still dealing with a looming divorce (be final next month), and that has been tough to deal with the past year and a half. However, things do happen for a reason and I am trying to look ahead and not dwell on the past. If I could change one thing though, I wish I could have fathered a child and enjoyed fatherhood, I think that is one thing missing in my life. I would'nt change a thing other than that.

When my wife and I separated a year and a half ago I was so lost and empty I wasn't sure what I was going to do next or how to do it. A lot of my lifelong friends sided with her even though she has only been friends with most of them half as long as me. Being alone allowed me to sort out many feelings and I started reaching out and opening up to different people and now have a new core of really great friends. A lot of times I did'nt wait for them to call me, I initiated the contact and now surround myself with positive and energetic people. Staying upbeat and active really kept me from hitting those low points in this very hard time in my life. If you can find someone you can trust and open up to them, talking trough these feelings for me has been a big help, I'm sure your post already has you feeling better.

I enlisted right out of high school into the Air Force. I wasn't ready for college at the time and thought my best bet for me was the armed forces. I took general college courses while in the Air Force and eventually went to school to be a micro-computer specialist. I did not use my training for my career path, I own and operate my own business as a paint contractor and love it. Be happy whatever you decide to do.

I usually fall asleep on my left side but wake up on my back. I've gotta have the tv on too, need that background noise ever so low with the volume. I set the timer on the tv but usually turn the tv back on if I wake during the night, weird I know!
