All right Daisy, there's no wrong answer unless I give a clue.
so here it is, (if you are still around). When the stars threw down their spears, And watered heaven with their tears, Did he smile his work to see? Did he who made the lamb make thee? |

Social anxiety

I have a lady friend who has extreme anxiety. She is taking prescription meds for her anxiety. However, she is on many public websites. I don't think this helps her situation any........ ![]() If OP was a guy I would have suggested watching Dinklage's speech to Bennington's Class of 2012 But since OP is a girl, with twice the problem men have; (although women have twice the intelligence; something they say has to do with denser networking between the L & R brain hemispheres) I suggest she watch it twice. No I'm serious. As the OP is relatively young, the first time for herself and the second time for the guy she would like to meet. from Dinklage's speech:
There are not more shiner, more important people out there. Your fellow students, your friends, sitting around you; are as good as it gets . |

HEY, I READ IT AND I LIKE IT. I ALSO WRITE BUT DON'T HAVE ANYTHING WITH ONLY 4 LINES OR LESS. I WRITE COUNTRY LYRICS AND GOSPEL AS WELL. LOVE TO SHARE THEM WITH PEOPLE I GET TO KNOW, BUT DON'T POST B/C PEOPLE TEND TO STEAL WHAT OTHERS WRITE. TOO BAD. THANKS FOR SHARING. Ha ha ha, then you should fear me. I haven't perfected the art but here's a sample i stole from a recent innocent. the stairs to paradise, has steps that mesmerize, with sinning dreams, visualized; Eyes locked, now hypnotized For some of us stealing is as natural as dreaming. Now a few more thefts and the right mood; the stair would complete. ha ha ha |

Dear Delightful,
You made a nice comment and it made me think a bit. Here are my responses: 1. Where to punctuate when eyes race from legs to hip then breasts to lips and blue eyes startle and goldy locks flip and in all this flipping unspoken words reach him [don't forget me] hurling him into an abyss whence he may never climb out. Now this is a piece full of fighting words, won't get me friends. On the other hand... 2. In OP's poem he has used capitals as his conversational punctuation ...Quite simply unforgettable .. flowing through the air was simply Amazing and ...
He set the mood in the first four words: 'Her sexy long walk' and then brazenly goes on to 'hip pose was stunning'. I don't intend to psychoanalyze on these now; but if he had not skipped 'breasts', the poem would have bordered around locker room talk. He got away because he rushed us through to 'eyes and smiles' and did this by not using punctuation. 3. All these would have been trivial had the comment not reminded me of Dickens where he used lengthy sentences in his book Hard Times, a mockery on life in an industrial town; which in turn leads me to hypothesize that a sentence driven by contents needs lesser punctuation. Your views please. To Exandrine, I hope you don't mind using your poem as a study. |

Windows 7 (all versions) is reaching end of support in January 2020 anyway, time to move on. Get the latest, stay the greatest! Let's not overlook that with Windows 7 we were in control. With Win 10, all files are visible to MS. For example, one cannot permanently delete Cortana. |

Hello A Ai,
Techno's comment: 'sweet', is right. The way you describe stars and Love in terms of mesmerizing - something in this cause the word mesmerize is generally associated with dark skills. You just showed us it can be used as deep reflection. All powers to you, A Ai. |

I have a heart only for one woman I have a stomach of only one man My brain works in only one head My legs carry me through this one world The world is too small for only one man He travels through it only the one and only road To the next world A very clear and concise philosophy, written from the left hemisphere they say, Love resides in the right hemisphere |

( I had to look up what this was, and I'm constantly counting syllables. Weird, but okay, I'll give it a go) Behind The great rock lay A mysterious key That could unravel the tightest Dogma Dogma proverbs bundled, Hello Hate, written there, Love occurs when hate understood Bye Hate |
